The host, she was exceptionally accomodating, nice, pleasant. The security guards were very nice and professional. The unit itself was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and a beautiful mountain view every morning when you wake up ,no words. Complete amenities in the unit it was like my 2nd home. And the washing machine tops it off. Lots of cupboards too. The pools are lovely. And the lounge area so relaxing.

Electricity power can get interrupted for a couple of hours even a day if there are storms or few rainy days. The generator can handle the electric fan and fridge in the unit though. No convenience store, and we had to take a taxi across the restos since there is no bridge footpath and its very dangerous to cross the road. Grab is the word since we had to walk 10 minutes to the main gate if we wanted a taxi.

If I could rate this 100/10, I’d definitely would! I’ve been around the UK 🇬🇧 and before I became a UK-registered nurse did I book condos here in the Philippines 🇵🇭 with friends/groups as we applied for the UK—but this property is the best I’ve been so far. Alexander Hotel, Holiday Inn, Derwent Manor, The Tower, Travelodge—the list goes on between hotels and all those hotels can’t compare to this spot! 👍 This is an airbnb-styled condo located less than a kilometer from SM Seaside—you get the condo for yourself and with all the extras: security from the Filinvest condo itself, cleanliness, and privacy as the landlords aren’t around and will just contact you thru this app—your keys will be done by smart entry. Just make sure you treat their condo as your own, and clean it all up right after. Before you leave the condo, gather and throw all your rubbish in the basement near the elevators/lifts (they provided this info to me a little too late after checking out). So, yes—if I were to go back to Cebu City for my next ever holidays from the UK, I’d love to go back here. 👍👍

For security reasons, I think they put a wrong address on this site—then they will then give you the correct address via direct message. While that’s effective in theory, the unfamiliarity with the Cebu streets plus the day-before instructions given led me to think the condo address is located at the [wrong] street address— got me lost for a good 20 minutes but ultimately things got sorted. So my advice to the next travellers to book here is: FOLLOW that address they give you in DM—that’s the correct address. Other than that, there’s nothing else to unlike here but enjoy this place as your “Cebu home base”. 🫡👍👍

very far away, taxi and grab is hard to get. no street lights. the owner was rude when getting directions to the property

Just a code so convenient. Also, right across from iL Corso which is already the beach. Fresh air. I loved the long walk from the main entrance. Well-maintained grounds, good wifi. Has drinking water.

There’s no pedestrian lane or underpass on the highway. Quite dangerous to cross to il corso.

The place was superb. Very Clean and comfortable. It has everything you need from cooking appliances, washing machine, etc. We really love the comfy beds and fast Internet connection. Host was very accommodating too.

The only disadvantage i could say for this property is the location. There were no nearby convenience stores and you need to do your groceries first or have your food delivered. In our case, we did not have time to do groceries in advance.

The condo space was big enough.It gave us a view thru the balcony.peaceful though.

Well the road going to the basement parking was steep and the road was cracked so we get often stucked and we have to go down.lights on the corridors were so deemed.The lavatory was clogged and the ref wasn't cleaned.The guard woke us up at 12mn because the evening guards weren't informed that we are renting a parking space.Lastly,we were not informed that the building B doesnt have free parking and most of the views were from building A whixh was nrar the main road..Inquiries thru email are oftentimes not answered .

The unit was clean, quiet and spacious. Everything we needed during our stay was provided. Property staff was accommodating. Checking in was a breeze!

Nothing about the property although I still have an unresolved issue with booking.com...
