The bathroom was smelly, and there a construction site 24 hours a day non stop, it was so noisy that we can even hardly sleep.

Amazing experience. We stayed here for our Umrah trip and the shuttle continuously takes you to Haram Sharif. The city is a little away but the service speaks volume. Excellent breakfast and concierge services. Rasel, Sirajul- these guys were excellent in their services. Highly recommend this for a stopover in Makkah.

Very nice property but a bit far from the holy mosque. Transportation is very limited and due to road closures is very inconvenient. Bathrooms need to be looked into the shower areas as water accumulates and makes a mess. Overall a clean property.

I stayed several times in this hotel and one of the reason makes me to return is the cleanest of the remises. However, the transportation (bus shuttle service) is poor and needs to be significantly improved! Sometimes overcrowded by non hotel residents passengers and hard to verify also the frequency of the buses is not as advertised! Buses leave earlier than scheduled and more often fully packed! Unorganized and poorly identifiable pick up bus stop in Gaza station near Kaaba. The problem of the hotel is TRANSPORTATION!!!!!

Didn’t like this property at all. The transportation provided was very far from the mosque. Staff was very unresponsive and will not even attend the phones.

The worst stay ever because Since from the beginning, it took me 45 minutes to check in to the hotel due to crowding and the small number of employees. Secondly, two rooms were provided other than the one I reserved, as I had booked a room with two beds and rooms with four beds were provided. Thirdly, after performing Umrah and going to rest, I was not able to get this amount of rest Rest after the fatigue of Umrah and fasting. While I was sleeping, the alarm bell rang and it was a false alarm. All elevators were stopped despite the discovery of the false alarm. The alarm remained for a full hour and we were not able to return until an hour later.

the service is excellent.
Area was pollution free,the scenery was amazing.
The auxiliary staff were extremely helpful.
We would appreciate if the women at the counters would receive training.
All in all it was a wonderful experience.

I hade to use taxi to go to Zam Zam parking and it cost almost same money if I would have stayed in hotel more expensive but at walking distance from haram.

Wow what amazing time especially Siham and Hadeel and their customer service, professionalism, politeness was impeccable. The hotel and its services surpassed our expectations. The shuttle service to the holy mosque was like every 10-15 minutes. We totally loved it and will definitely be staying here again soon - in-sha-Allah ❤️❤️

I was given a different room than my actual booking which led to waste of time. They gave me the booked room when I raised a complaint. Staff in tower 2 reception looked frustrated, she was getting angry on almost every guest ahead of me in the que. she wasn’t interested to answer any question and looked seemingly over occupied.
