De rust, zowel de omgeving als het het huisje zelf. Erg rustgevend. En zeer schoon plus van alle gemakken voorzien.
Niks. Enige dat we bedachten was dat het mooi zou zijn als er bloemen en planten zouden staan op het terras.

Quiet, private and very peaceful countryside location yet only a few minutes drive into Canterbury.
High quality modern self contained & detached apartment, beautifully constructed with high quality materials and loads of space with a large well furnished living room / dining room, well equipped kitchen, large bedroom with comfortable double bed & furnishings and underfloor heating.
Outside the single floor apartment is set in a beautiful countryside setting with open grassland, wooded areas and duck ponds - very pretty.
Very easy access through a secure gate and driveway with parking next to the apartment.
The hosts were friendly and happy to help out in any way they could.
Nothing at all to dislike.

Excellent stay ! Wonderful house in the garden of a mansion with parking place in front of your door. The house waa very clean and all seems to be new. Big spacious living room, very nice kitchen and bathroom and spacious bedroom. We will definitely return to Canterbury especially to be able to stay here again.

Great apartment and fantastic for my needs. A little out in the sticks so could do with some signage by the entrance but now I have found it I hope to use this establishment ion the future.

The property was easy to find with the directions provided and the host came straight out to welcome us. Given the time of year we visited it was rather cold, but the host provided additional heaters which soon warmed up the living room. The bedroom and bathroom had excellent underfloor heating and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The sofas and bedroom were very comfy and we had plenty of space. The TV and WiFi signals were excellent, but no DVD player, however there were several books and Jenga for us to play! All in all I would say this was great for our night away, it was comfortable, quiet and very close to Canterbury - highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay - beautiful, spacious annexe, so comfortable. Rob and Deborah are perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Looking forward to staying again.

It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the country side, but it is also close to the beautiful city of Canterbury. Large appartment with room to spare and all the amenities you desire. Everything looked brand new and clean. 10/10 would book again. Would love to return there in the summer.

Location was excellent for us visiting our daughter at university but also very good into town not far at all. But the property was so clean and very modern. Such an amazing time away to relax and look into the amazing views. The hosts were super helpful and very very nice. We will definitely be staying there again very soon.
