Everything. All of the hotel personnel are very nice. Clean room and nice pool. Breakfast is fantastic, menu doesn’t change but it is delicious. Highly recommended and will probably stay again here soon. Thank you.

It is a bit far from tourist spots around 1hr to 1hr 30mns though the bus stations are just around the corner and also I prefer non center hotel since it is quiet.

This hotel was much better than we could ever expect. We wanted to book it for the whole trip to hong kong but someone suggested that the location is not good and not worth it so we canceled and booked just for the last night because it's closer to the airport but when we experienced the hotel, we regretted instantly that we didn't book it for the whole period, it was soooo good! The only night for the whole trip we felt like on holiday. There was a huge room, clean facilities, breakfast included, and a swimming pool! And all of that for such a reasonable price! Also I want to mention that the location is surrounded by parks and malls so..... And I loved how the chef made eggs, hard whites, and liquid yellows. so good!

Indeed far from the city center, but not critical. The breakfast was the most common one British style I would say, like beans, eggs, etc. I would prefer something more authentic Asian (Like eggs with tomatoes, I dreamed about them..)

Surrounding environment is very nice! A large garden area in front of the hotel, make me feel very relax, the gym is very nice. Very convenient for food & shopping for necessities. A big supermarket & restaurants in just a few minutes, the light rail in front of the hotel, easy to get around Tuen Mum areas & it takes 3 light rail stops to access the west Kowloon train to go to the city, but not bad still👍👍

The room they arrange for me the first night was suck! Shower water slow, next to the lift very noisy the entire nite, all the electric sockets not working, except the one in the washroom! The next morning I request to change room, they gave me a normal room without all the problems!

Check in : Request for twin beds accepted but directed us to a single bed room. We needed to move to another room. To be fair, this matter was handled quickly. Room and bathroom :Dusty Room: poor lighting Housekeeping does not clean the room and bathroom properly. Did not change or clean used coffee cups daily
