Family-Oriented, Affordable, Spacious 2 Bedroom Units
Terra Mar unités B (en bas) et D (à l'étage) sont deux unités d'un 4-plex situé à un pâté de maisons de la plage. Cette liste est pour l'unité D (à l'étage). Chaque unité est 1100 sq. Ft. Avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen, la deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux, et il ya deux pliant lits jumeaux. Nous ne permettons jusqu'à 10 personnes mais seulement fournissons literie et les draps pour 6 occupants.
Chaque unité est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. Chacune dispose d'une laveuse, sécheuse, télévision par câble et WIFI. Unité B a un petit, clos arrière-cour avec un barbecue, et l'unité D a un balcon avant et arrière avec un barbecue.
Si le calendrier montre l'unité est réservée pour la période de temps que vous êtes intéressé, contacter le propriétaire pour la disponibilité de l'autre unité.

Nice place to relax at the beach. Walking distance to the beach (5 mins) and very close to wanna wanna beach bar which they have very good drinks and nice atmosphere.

The property was great. We loved our stay!! The beach is very close by. The only issue we had was the rug in the living room was very dirty. It looked clean (vacuumed) but it needs to be washed. FYI, they do not provide more than one roll of toilet paper per restroom or extra trash bags. Its a great place and will definitely rent from.them again!!

The beach is half a block away. The property comes with everything you could need. Peaceful and private. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was great but since the island experienced a water leak and the water was shut off the washer was not functioning the way it should but the family really enjoyed the stay and we are definitely coming back! Thanks a bunch!

This was the perfect spot...great location...walking distance from the beach...kitchen is stocked with all necessities...loved the back patio
The only problem I had was the cleanliness of it. There was a small Roach in the closet, it was dusty, & the bathrooms weren't cleaned well.

I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and nice. More pots and pans than you could ever need. I would recommend bringing spices if you will use them and extra toilet paper, paper towels and possibly even trash bags if you stay more than 4 days. We had just enough for our stay. I can’t wait to come again.

We had a great stay at Terra Mar (Unit D) and would highly recommend this property. The Unit was very spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. If views are what you're looking for this may not be your first choice, but the unit is well located about 1 block from the public beach access by Wanna Wanna. Communication with the manager was great. If we could book it again, we would!

We really enjoyed our stay for my daugther birthday. The beach was literally down the street. We enjoyed the walk. The condo was clean and proper when we checked in. Our last night the ac frozen over. So we turned it off over night to defrost. It wasn't hot at night at all, we were still cool with ceiling fans on. We notify the owner Debbie, explain what happen. She was very nice and respectful. Overall we really did love our stay there. Since this was our first time getting an rental on Vrbo, we will do it again.

Overall was a good experience. Conveniently located, just a short walk to the Beach. No issues with property. Very clean. Only complaint would be beds where hard, but that’s a personal preference Would definitely stay here again.

Great home away from home, very well maintained and the beach access is straight down Aries which is a plus. Thankful for Debbie as she was very accomadating due to my last minute booking, all in all we were blessed to find this condo. Thank you Debbie!

When I arrived there was an odor issue outside in the stairwell. I notified the owner and she immediately put the wheels into action to remedy. Within hours it was taken care of. The condo was only a block from the beach and Wanna Wanna. The only downside was there wasn't a pool, which I didn't notice when I booked - totally my fault - and no TV's in the bedrooms. Besides that I think it was a great place.

Nice, spacious, and clean condo. Beach was a short walk away. The convenant store across the road carried all the little things we forgot like coffee and paper plates. Great place to stay for a vaction with the family.

Everything was exactly as it looks in the pictures. The living room is very nice sized and we were able to play cards and relax with plenty of room. The property is just one block from the beach and the Wanna Wanna. We thought that was perfect and went down to the beach every night. The only negative was that the beds aren't really comfortable, especially the queen sized one. My husband compared it to sleeping on the box-spring, however I know that everyone has different comfort levels, and it didn't affect our trip.
