Ce fabuleux duplex de 2 étages propose des condos côte à côte de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain, chacun avec sa propre piscine privée. Chaque unité offre 2200 pieds carrés de surface habitable et est idéale pour les familles nombreuses ou les groupes. Our house was beautiful, taken care of and the pool was amazing. We had no complaints, about anything. Emailed Klaus with a question and he replied back within 10 minutes with an answer. LOVED IT!!!!

This property was beautiful- just like the pictures! It was in a safe neighborhood, about 2 minutes from the beach and near great brunch places. The owners were very welcoming and communicated great. Highly recommend!

Very nice beach place. Has all essential necessities. Great location. Property could use a lil TLC , but overall its a nice place to stay. Klaus is very Responsive, he also makes sure if there's a problem, he solves it ! I absolutely would recommend this property.

Property had filthy mattresses in 2 bedrooms. I had to buy some linens to put because they had dark spots on side. We did a quick sanitize/clean around rooms and the wipes came out super dirty from stair rail and toilets.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Nice and quiet until Thursday evening. Neighbors next door were noisy. And too many cars occupied garage. We had a great time and made new memories.

We enjoyed everything about the house, the space and the pool! And it’s within walking distance to the beach which to us was a must. Klaus was always reachable and responded quickly to any questions.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our friends and family. The homeowner was super friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the beach. Fully stocked condo we didn't have to want for anything. Definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay, the house is big and spacious enough room for everyone but there are some things that do need attention - towels need to be wash properly - some items need to be repaired or replace - pool ladder and steps are unsafe condition - the room w/two double beds need to be looked at, corner has a huge brown stain along with the sheets on the bed - house needs attention with pest control - the garbage disposal needs repairing, sink kept getting clogged - OVERALL house felt welcome it was supplied with kitchen utensils, equipped with washer and dryer, easy access to the beach, short driving distance to stores and restaurants , and with enough parking space for 4 vehicles

This house accommodated our big family, kids love the pool, beach just a block away and it's in walking distance from down town shopping. My family and I had a blast and recommend this for the bigger families!. P.s. Klaus was fantastic on getting back to us right away. Our dryer wasn't working when we got there he sent someone out asap and replaced it same day!!!!

This condo must cater to college spring breakers because it had been stripped of anything that might give it a homey or comfortable feel. The pictures that I saw on the VRBO website showed a nice condo with area rugs and nice furniture of which there were none.
There were no mattress pads or bed skirts on the beds. I went out and bought a sheet set that fit properly on the king bed we slept on. There was not a blanket on the bed or in the closet and the weather turned very cold during our time. (I wish I had known that when I bought the sheet set) We were not able to turn the heat on at the thermostat... the four us staying here are all seniors so it was very uncomfortable.
The primary bedroom had a dresser mirror propped up on the floor in the closet but no dresser. I set it outside the closet so I could access the closet better but a dresser with drawers would have been nice. Towels bars in all the bathrooms had been ripped off and mostly not replaced. One towel bar in the downstairs bath that did get replaced still had holes from where it had previously been attached. Most of the walls had been painted to cover previous damage but not painted with same color.
Klaus had assured me that he had housekeeping in the morning that we arrived but the guest bathtub shower had visible dirt running down the bathtub when the shower was turned on. The shower in the primary bath needs repair because 1/2 the water that should come out of the head shoots out of the faucet below. The sink at the vanity is very slow draining.
There was broken, damaged & dirty furniture throughout the condo. Filthy walls and doors and carpeting on the stairs was the worst I have seen.
I hate to give a bad review to anyone but I think Klaus has shirked his responsibility as a hospitality host and people need to be aware. I have a VRBO property myself and am aware the wear and tear that can happen with use. But this property is severely neglected. Next time I will be sure and inquire more about a property and how it used. We have stayed in Padre for many years and I have never had an experience has bad as this.
One good thing is the location is great and easily accessible to the beach. It would be a great property if someone only cared about it.

An open, airy, comfortable, clean, modern, well-furnished house with lots of room to live in. Good temperature control. Crystal clear pool. Very close to beach. Nice neighborhood. Great for an extended-family stay. As with any property (we've been VRBO owners), couple things around edges needed attention (swivel chair by pool needs bolt, small downstairs bath needs deep clean, stairs not vacuumed). Overall though, a great place!

The location is fantastic. It is very close to beach and is very comfortable. The property is very average. The carpet on the stairs was horrible and I had kids who like to slide on the stair steps, but we had to stop them doing. The property lacked basic amenities which the owner promptly fixed ASAP. There are leaky pipes, water heater not working too well.. Overall pick this property for location and expect an average home and great customer service.

My family and I were hoping for a safe and private way to visit with each other after 2 years of absence. This was recommended to us and after much comparison we decided on the Capricorn property. The location was amazing, so close to the beach and the parking was a plus, 2 vehicles space. This two story home had front and back balconies, large living space and good kitchen. We used the brick charcoal grill on three nights. The ex-large capacity washer/dryer set worked well with all our towels. The AC was extra chill with good ceiling fans. I had never been to SPI so I did not realize so much was available to see and do. We will return .

The home is very spacious with lots of sleeping. Very close to the beach and walking distance to several shops and famous Wanna Wanna beach bar. The pool is the back yard was a plus.

Family of 5 plus grandparents...we had tons of space, short walk to the beach, and everything we needed in the house. Property managers/owners were very helpful. Zero complaints. Would definitely stay here again.
