I booked a specific address but was asked to move to another address. If they were fully booked where I originally booked they should not make the rooms available for booking.

Die problemlose Abwicklung. Nette Mails vom Betreiber. Es war nicht sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Bad war recht frisch renoviert.

Bad zu klein, Zimmer zu klein, Zustand der Ausstattung nicht wirklich gut. Frühstück gab es keins. Obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand. Das Zimmer war genau so groß wie das Bett plus 40cm. Das Bad war Inclusive Dusche und WC ca. 2m“ Das Ambiente kann man als gewöhnungsbdürftig bezeichnen. Keine Parkplätze. Enge Straße, in der die Häuser schmaler sind, als die Auto lang.

It's clean

The bathroom is on a different floor and it's noisy from upstairs. You can hear everything from people above you. It's difficult to get a good sleep.

The room was nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed and lovely en suite bathroom. The living facilities were also to the same standard and very tidy.

The room was en-suite, and the shower had hot good pressure water. I’m glad I had my own bathroom as the cleanliness of the shared facilities was poor. There is a lock on the bedroom door which is necessary and a great feature!

This wasn’t worth the money paid to stay here. I will think twice before using HMO properties in the future, due to the lack of rest I got whilst staying here. There is very little soundproofing. You will hear all other guests, especially if they are on their phones. I had two disturbed nights rest due to inconsiderate guests on their phones on loudspeaker. This really impacted my work the next day. Other guests left the front door of the property unlocked and so one guy literally walked in off the street! There are no sharp knives for cutting food or tea towels in the kitchen. Most of the cooking facilities were dirty and greasy. Dead bugs on windowsill etc. Bring your own coffee and milk! On street parking as such: The property is within a controlled parking zone. Which means residents permits are required between 0800-1800, this means if a parking warden comes along during these times you WILL GET A PARKING TICKET. The road is within an area of Anti social behaviour and crime. Including what looks like a trap house next door, lots of people regularly in and out. There were police helicopters flying over on my first nights stay and lots of police vehicles the next morning. I was worried my car would be broken into as there was lots of indicators of burglaries on the street including broken car windows.

When I first entered the room there was a terrible smell. It was even worse when I went to the toilet. The bed sheets were also smelly and I couldn’t sleep properly because of that. There was only a bin in the washroom and it didn’t have a bag in it.

The room was up to date decor wise and the bedding was adequate. The ensuite was functional. Communication on entering and exiting the property was clear.

The room smelt and the carpet felt old. The mattress was not very comfy and the sink was a very small sink on the back of the toilet so very hard to brush my teeth in and wash my face. The road the property is on is dirty and run down.

Clean
