I stayed 5 hours instead of 24 hours because I was not comfortable there at all. The location is very good.
The behaviour of staff was not good enough. At checkout time, I asked the staff that I forgot something in the room please bring it for me. They said go and pick by yourself! Really?

1. Location was very good, every thing was within reach and there were lots of food places nearby.
2. Clean bathrooms
They charged us extra 1000 because of extra family member. We were happy to adjust in the same room but they did not listen and we had no choice but to give them.
There was no ac remote in the room. We had to call them every time when we wanted to switch on the ac or change the temperature. It was frustrating.

This is one of the worst hotel i have been to. The staff is worthless. No cleanliness. No hanger for cloths. No mirror in washroom or room. The washroom was awful. The AC was not working.

On 16 Jan 2023 I made reservations online and after receiving confirmation email from the hotel even then I called them about my arrival time n delay due to traffic issues. when I reached there they gave me an excuse that sorry we have only 1 room left n bcoz you did check in well in time although it was 10:15 pm ..and they don't left any other option for me. Result....it was my worst stay in any hotel by all aspects
Room was dirty ..bed sheets.pillow n pillow cover.blanket everything was so smelly and dirty ...we ask them for heater.. Even they charge it for heater 500 extra with 01 heating rod. There were no hot water in wash room.totally messy condition.
