Amazing place. I am so happy we found it and we will definitely visit again. Everything was wonderful - the staff, the facilities, the food, the spa, the activities at our disposal, the cleanliness, the area, the beautiful surroundings. It was one of the cleanest places we have ever visited - I even thought the hotel was newly-built but it turned out it has been operating for years. The relaxation room was the nicest relaxation room I have ever been in. There are lots of things to do besides the spa - we rented bikes, we played table tennis, we visited the nearby complex Omaya (beware that you need to pay an entrance fee), we went for a nice walk in nature, we had great food and fresh fish from the lake. Make sure to bring your own equipment and you will have lots of fun there. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was also extremely nice and helpful. Overall, a real gem that deserves to be seen and experienced.

If there is anything that could be improved, it would be the mattresses - our mattress wasn't very comfortable. There was also a slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom (we couldn't understand where it was coming from - maybe a ventilation issue).

The bed in our room was very comfortable with a nice view. The SPA facilities were also nice. The restaurant offered delicious food. The area around the hotel was beautiful with various places for hiking.

There was no staff staying regularly at the reception desk, but I would not call this a big issue.

Magnificent place, isolated from the big city, very good design, even of the smallest details, enough space and wonderful nature, spa. Freedom. Tasty kitchen and local spirits. Perfect for romantic escape or for events.

Wifi and internet in general in the rooms was not very good, but this can be considered as a plus as well. Far from Sofia.

The setting of the hotel was great and the range of activities within was very extensive. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the breakfast had great choices. The staff were friendly. I would visit again in future.
