Stayed there for the Era’s Tour. They really prepared for it. So many fun activities for the guests- friendship bracelet making, photo backdrops among others are most appreciated! Great job to the Hyatt Swifties!

We stayed here for three nights & the location, staff & amenities were amazing! Felt very safe & secure. All interactions with any staff was always a pleasant one! Close to BC Place stadium & lots of shopping all around! Excellent hotel!

View was just majestically beautiful.
Amazing Landmark downtown city view of VC , classical fairmont hotel view all the way through the robson st and the rest of the downtown buildings. It gets even more amazing at night.
Great location to get basically anywhere in the city by walk.
Parking charge was a hit. It was a bit more then 40bucks per night but so as any other places in downtown area.
Easy to park, comfortable, spacious.
Great overall service.
Definitely staying here over anyother hotels around when I am back.

It was a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency in Vancouver. It is located centrally and the staff at the lobby, cleaning service and restaurant staff were very accommodating and friendly. I am eager to be back again! Thank you!

Absolutely Great Service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable, pool, hot tub and exercise room were great. We stayed at the hotel during the Grey Cup Weekend, despite being very busy the service was still exceptional. We highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Vancouver and will definitely be going back.

Went for a mini weekend away with my partner. The Hyatt is 2 minute walk from all the best shopping and great restaurants. The hotel was clean and service was amazing. We will be back.

Having stayed at one of the Fairmont properties in Vancouver, I knew from that experience that we wanted to try a different hotel upon our next visit. Whereas the Fairmont’s escalators were always congested and always had long waits (a few times more than 5 mins), the Hyatt, in contrast, has a state of the art elevator set up that meant short waits and quick runs does up and down.

Great location central for everything with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby and a very short walk to the harbour/cruise terminal/tourist attractions. Spacious rooms and very comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely hotel! The rooms are spacious, beds are soft and cosy, the tv has a built in chrome cast. Great hotel! Very comfortable.

The staff were friendly. The hotel is clean but architecturally boring. Same with the decor. Furniture too. My room was dark with few amenities for a hotel in this category and price. No view whatsoever and frankly feel claustrophobic. Ridiculously expensive for what you get and not even close to the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel 3 blocks away on the water. Very disappointing, never again!

It was a great place to stay for our first time to Vancouver. Easy to get to and a good central area to be able to see everything. Communication was great and the staff were friendly.

Excellent hotel, good rooms and helpful staff and worth the cost. Breakfasts and dining are very good. The hotel is well placed to explore most of Vancouver's waterfront and Stanley Park area. Highly recommended.

This is a nice hotel with great service. It is well located downtown and is near Canada Place for the cruise ships and the harbor for the float plane tours. The restaurants are good and the servers we had were all experienced professionals.
Our room was nice with a balcony and view of downtown.
The main negative is arrival and parking, which is a bit of a nightmare. We used the valet, a whopping $71 CAD per night. They at least did a good job.
Also, this is a very expensive place. Everything was expensive, from the rooms to the food. I guess it's just downtown Vancouver.

The Hyatt regency was great! Perfect location for walking around and enjoying the sights. Service was great always helpful and friendly! Can't say enough about the comfort of the bed slept very well! Thank you Elaine for the room provided we had a fantastic view! Definitely would stay there again.
