Always a great time at the quality Inn. We love the atrium. My granddaughters had a blast. Sad that they close in the winter now.

Good view. Electric outlets were not working, hair dryer was not working. The restaurant inside the hotel had amazing breakfast. Staff was great.

The view was wonderful, screened balcony allowed us to hear as well as see the ocean. The room was comfortable, the sheets were very clean and soft. But we didn’t have a shower curtain and didn’t realize that until very late, so we waited until the morning to call for one. It was provided very quickly. However the water pressure in the shower was AWFUL and the temp kept changing mid shower. The second evening of our stay we noticed a LOT of small fly type bugs especially in the bathroom. We were told it was because we had the balcony door open despite us using the screen. The bathroom while functional was not great, the soaking tub might have been okay, except the drain wouldn’t close all the way. When I expressed my disappointment in the bathroom (bugs no shower curtain the first night) the front desk person was less than sympathetic. The indoor pool was nice, as was the jacuzzi. I might stay there again, but in the summer at full price I doubt I would choose this property again.

The place was over good, but the whole place could use a deep clean and dusting though. The indoor pool is nice. The birds and koi fish were awesome.

Always our favorite place to stay when we are in Ocean City!

Room was wet and damp, we saw roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Hot tub floor was slippery, i slipped and fell cutting and bruised my foot

The hotel room is not an 8.2 like the reviews stated. The room was very humid. It wasn’t even humid outside. I woke up the next morning with a sore throat and starting to get sick. The staff was nice and friendly. Maybe I got the not so good room and the others are better. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

The hotel is good with access for parking, no steps at the entrance and has an elevator. Indoor area was great with a pond that had fish and tropical plants including birds, a few parrots that could talk. Indoor restaurant has good food but was not able to serve us dinner the day we checked in. Also the room we reserved had great scenic views of the ocean and bayside of Ocean City. We had a bad experience with finding mice in the room the 1st night in the room. Night shift manager allowed us to temporarily stay in another room until somebody could clear the room out of the mice. Day shift manager would not discuss with us what they would do about the mice getting into the room and made us stay in the temporary room for the rest of our stay at the hotel. No apology or discount was given for our having to move to a standard room. We may not stay at this hotel again.
