This hotel charges 20 Canadian dollars every day for parking. And after I left they charged me like 14 dollars extra; didn’t know why the extra charge. Parking should be included when you booked.

Just an overnight stay before driving to Toronto the next day. Front desk staff was very freindly.

For a hotel that’s a small step up from a Motel 6, it’s ridiculous to charge for parking when the hotel is on a strip located far from the Falls. The “resort fee” is also obscene for WiFi and not much more. It’s not a resort! The key card didn’t work most of the time and we had to go back to the front desk numerous times and we noticed other people complaining about their key cards.

The check in was so smooth and easy we were able to do a pre check in online, the stay was good attentive staff, only issue we had was checking out they tryed to charge us twice but thinknit was due to confusion of i payed with my debit not credit card other then that was good.

Our stay was NOT good. Disappointed that restaurants were closed during our stay. Our room was in a different building and a long long walk to get to it through a maze of hallways. Ridiculous. Room was clean but bathtub had no grab bars. No mirror in room to help in getting ready. For the price we found it inconvenient and lacking.

overcharging, better to stay in extra cost hotel , they have hidden charges,

We had an amazing stay. Frank at reception greeted us warmly. He was extremely helpful especially regarding activities to do in Niagara.
The cleaning staff was amazing. Did an excellent job with the room and the queen sofa pullout.
The front staff was very helpful, when i told them about the noise from the other room. Keep up the great work 👍

The lobby was modernized, the room not so much. The carpet needs cleaning and/or taking out. It was a basic room. The hotel itself is like a maze lots of walking. They should have an elevator or lift for across the bridge if you have a lot of luggage.

This hotel was in really rough shape on the outside and in the hallways. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the while we were there they were redoing the roof and our whole room smelled like tar every day. If you stay here check your bill carefully- we were charged multiple times more than we should’ve been for both parking and our pet fee. Once we caught the mistake the GM did fix it, but that was only after me trying to figure out and argue with him about why the total was significantly more than I had expected it to be.
Also hotels.com is very misleading with their price quote —they list “taxes and fees” but then in the fine print at the bottom they say there will be an additional resort fee of 22.50 per night which for us was 67.50 times two because we had two rooms. Then there was a per night parking fee and a per night pet fee so our overall total was almost $300 more than I had expected.
The second night we were there someone broke into our car too - Niagara Falls CA is a way rougher area than we realized.
Overall I think we could’ve found a better overall deal somewhere else and will not be booking through hotels.com ever again.

It was a great stay overall

Upon entering the Room i had a terrible smell hitting into my nose which gave me an instant headache. I called the front desk to be advised that it was Tar due to roof repairs. Someone was sent to spray disinfectant however the smell still lingered.

Hotel is old and outdated, our first room had loose asbestos hanging off the ceiling, like the old popcorn ceiling , the staff was very accomadating and moved us to a new room, parking was a little challenging but it’s located in a quite area, away from the downtown and all the drug addicts, so a good location.

The facility was clean and the staff polite. Some confusion with the rooms not ready at checkin. Nothing serious, we were given another room. Our 2 couple group reserved the 2 rooms well in advance and paid full price for each day. That does not include making the beds, emptying the pails or replacing used towels daily. Bring your own Canadian money. Staff will change $5 USD for 5 Canadian dollars. (I needed a soda!). We did have a good 3 days in Canada and the local food was great.

The heating-air conditioning unit had too much space around in the wall causing excessive noise coming from the close by hi way

The room was fresh and clean. The service was excellent. The only problem was Friday night. Youth running and yelling in the halls. Kids screaming and yelling in the pools until 11 pm. A call to security only encouraged the pre-teens to continue to run and then knock on doors, disturbing hotel patrons. We were in Niagara Falls for a funeral so if you're looking for rest, peace and quiet, this is not for you!

I have 248 smell bad in the corridor a lot of noise in the room from the small fridge and they change me 4 transactions one room on the day booking and $300 damage , car parking twice I’m hoping they refund me after three days or 5 days

Overall is good.
A little far from all atractions , had to pay extra money for parking.
The only thing we didnt like is about parking on site. Very tiny.
We came back to hotel late and couldnt park our car even though there were two parking spots , we couldnt, because some cars were big and they took more than one spot. We were lucky to found one more parking spot .
0.5
ugly room with outdated decors, sceling was decaying, bugs on walls , Ac was making so much noise, our room105 was close to a staircase so much noises, will never stay in a hotel like this...the only good thing about the place is the front desk staff who where polite.
2.5
It wasn't that easy to understand where the room was and there wasn't anyone readily available to guide us. An employee happened to walk in randomly into the building and helped us out otherwise we were lost upon checking in.

Really dated hotel that had a very distinct musty odour throughout the hotel and the room itself.

It was ok. The room was very clean. The ac cover kept trying to pop off though. Other then that a very nice hotel room and friendly people at the desk.

There is a bit of renovation going on but it does not affect our stay. Since the hotel is located at Lundy’s lane there are so much thing to do, outlet store is just across the street and many restaurants to choose from.
0.5
The rooms are old, moldy, with a terrible smell.
Very dark an dingy with minimal lighting
Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, light shades had stains and rips. It was disgusting and for the price we paid, DO NOT GET CATFISHED BY THE PICTURES ONLINE.
The room wasn’t cleaned or beds changed. I saw a maid in the hall and begged her to change sheets, I had left a mark on sheets to see if they were actually changed as they hadn’t been. She told me the duvet washed only 2x a month. I will be contacting a heath inspector a this place is not safe or within health standards. I checked out early due to health hazards and unfit for my child to sleep in these conditions

Our stay was comfortable. The may hidden problem is they disclose ALL THE HIDDEN FEES till the check out and hit you all at once. Will bot be returning.

And the toilet bowl clogged

Amazing location, great front desk staff. At our time of staying they were under renovation but kept running things smoothly. Well worth the price as it’s very clean and has 3!!! Pools. We will be staying again.

We stayed at this hotel for only an hour due to the poor conditions. The carpet had a strong, unpleasant odor and was noticeably moist. The bed sheets also had a bad smell. Additionally, the towels were not clean. We were forced to check out and find another hotel.
Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to the hotel's lack of cleanliness and maintenance. We hope they will address these issues to improve future guests' experiences.

They have all these hidden fees that we thought was paid.
