the location is very good, very close for all the attraction, room big and clean, nice bathroom and shower

the fact that you need to pay for parking 25$, but you have a parking across the street for much less

The staff were friendly and accomodating. Though they're so busy that time, they were able to entertain us in a friendly manner. They granted my request to have rooms close to each other.

Above all, nothing that I didn't want. There are some confusions in regards with the off site parking that we experienced. They forgot to hand in the parking card.

Great location across from the Ferris wheel and easy walk down Clifton Hill to get the Niagara walkway. Plenty of restaurants around and easy access to the offsite secure parking.

Cooling unit is a bit loud and strong winds cause some whistling in the room.

Didn’t like how the staff ignored my pool complaints not only once but twice from rowdy kids cursing and hitting my young children with balls without their parents around blasting their ignorant music Elevators were slower than molasses in January

The location was fantastic. Just steps to a lot of restaurants as well as all the rides on Clifton Hill, which leads right down to the Falls. The staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

There was construction that started early (7am) but they notified me at the time of booking so I knew before I arrived. Access to the front entrance was blocked off so only the rear entrance was in use during working hours. Off-site parking is a couple of blocks away but less than a 5-min walk.

How close it was to Clifton Hill. How easy the staff made check in for us. The view of the American Falls was really nice and the kids enjoyed that view along with the view of Clifton Hill. It is a prime spot location wise.

The lack of restaurant or breakfast options, it is currently under construction. The elevator was a bit nerving to have to deal with. I overheard a lot of other guests express that opinion as well. These are all just minor conveniences though.

The place is near to the cascade, the view, all facilities.

The curtains were very dirty and the shower without an adequate seal soaked the entire bathroom.

The junior room is perfect for a family it’s big and comfortable

Shower water was warm or luke warm the entire stay. Paid $25.00/night for parking but there were no parking spots on site in the evening (is hotel overselling spots?). Heater in room wouldn't go past 63 degrees, it was a bit cool. Onsite restaurant was closed due to renos which was disapointing. Other renos going on around the hotel made it a bit unsightly, but not a huge deal.

Perfect location and nearby what's Niagara Falls can offer. The room is quiet big and perfect for our family. Very clean room and comfortable bed too.

Our room location is facing on the nearby building establishment. You cannot see much on your sorrounding. But all in all, it was great. We'll still be back tho.

The size of the room was good. Having the basin outside of the bathroom is also great when sharing a room for a whole family.

The hotel is under renovations at the moment. When we booked I believe we knew the pool and gym where closed but I think that is the extent that we knew. The entire front of the hotel was closed so the backdoor needed to be used - not convenient when bringing luggage in and out of the hotel, and not great as no cover when it was raining/snowing and quite dark. The hotel didn't seem to have many guests so it was frustrating that the room we were given was located right next to the building works and therefore we were woken up early both morning due to this. If we had known the extent of the renovations we would not have chosen this hotel to stay in on this occasion.

Did like how the toilet was always getting clogged with just toilet paper. we do understand the the hotel is under renovations.

The hotel is in the perfect location in Niagara. the places of interest is just across the road. Niagara falls is like a 20 minutes walk. Parking is extremely convenient and complementary for guest.

The hotel is in the upgrading process. The restaurants are closed temporarily. Facilities are not available when we are there.

unterkunft wird gerade umfassend renoviert, daher viele leistungen ohne bewertung, da nicht nutzbar (wurde vorher kommuniziert), teppich im zimmer könnte sauberer sein

Ideal location. View of the Falls and fireworks. Even though it’s a busy area, the hotel was completely undisturbed.

Perhaps tea, milk in the room but apart from that, it’s a great choice , we’d definitely stay there again , highly recommended

Conveniently located. Very close to clifton hill, lots of resturants in the area. Bedrooms are clean.

The price does not reflect the amenities that are not available due to construction. They have no parking on site, restaurant on site is closed and the pool. For $200+/night it's not worth it because of this.

Front desk staff were friendly. Location. Room was just fine. That's about it.

They don't tell you before you book that there is construction going on inside the hotel. Restaurant closed. Pool closed. Fitness center closed. Parking area is about 6 blocks away as their lot is occupied by construction vehicles. Dusty mess and workers with wheelbarrows taking over the elevators. I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew that everything was closed. And couldn't cancel the booking after finding out.
