Great Hotel off of I 90. Check in was easy and the room was perfect and the beds were comfortable. No restaurants close by, but one was recommended was a 7 min drive away

Staff was extremely friendly,rooms looked very clean, and the breakfast was decent... Area looked a little sketchy but thats not the hotels fault.. i would say make sure you have transport cus none of the stores are less than 2 miles away. But as for the hotel itself top notch experience.

Be sure to either call the hotel or check the info online! We were not told the hotel was being renovated, but were promised we would hear nothing. My husband saw a drug deal between one of the workers and the dealer. We heard people all night. Again, we were told we won't hear anything. They started their fork lift around 7am and left it running outside our window for a while before it was used. Again, we were told we would not hear anything. Upon checking out, we let the front desk know we heard workers all night and she told us there were no workers working overnight and pretty much dismissed our concerns. Of course the one night we're there, the kitchen isn't open either.
Why would you put guests on the floor where there are workers renovating either on that floor or above that floor?
I would love to get a credit from Expedia. We could tell by the way the front desk was dismissing our concerns that we weren't going to ask the hotel to contact Expedia.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hampton. The staff was friendly and very helpful from check-in to check -out. Really liked the included delicious breakfast and the ability to dine in at night for a reasonable price. The pool and spa was an extra bonus. The rooms are very clean and roomy. It will be our destination to stay when we're in the area again. Thank you for helping make our stay so memorable.

The bed was great, quiet, nice and clean room. The breakfast sausage taste like dry dirt. The check in girl was I guess in training which left us walking to our room with heavy luggage only to find our key wouldn’t work.

It was extremely noisy until 2/3am with party next door and the front desk did nothing.

When I checked in at 11 PM, I specifically asked about the shuttle service to the airport was told that they started at 3:30 AM which worked out great since our flight was at 6:50 AM. We got up, went down to the desk to grab the shuttle by 430 and was told that we had to have booked it prior. That was not told to me when I checked in so you can imagine my frustration when I possibly was not going to have a shuttle to the airport in time for my flight.

The suite we stayed in was better than the pictures because it had recently been remodeled. Made for a family, it had two separate sleeping areas with black out curtains and plenty of space. We loved the giant pool but there was too much chlorine in it and all of my kids had really red and painful eyes from it (and we have a pool so they are used to chlorine). Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
