The resort was beautiful. Our condo was ckean and very spacious. The only complain that we had was that on our last day there was construction in the room next door at 8 am in the morning. It would have been nice to be made aware of the construction beforehand. We were awakened by loud banging.

Pros: Clean, nicely decorated, great pool area for kids, socializing, on-site restaurant pretty good, nearby eateries and shopping, entertainment. Cons: The hostess at the Landshark was awful and rude. She ignored us and when I finally asked if we could just grab a table she was pretty ugly. Parking. I booked through a 3rd party and didn't realize they charged for parking valet $25, self parking $15. It wasn't a big deal but the parking was kinda far from the entrance and not gated or secure. Didn't feel like a good value. I got sick! My husband and I split plates throughout the day. The only thing different was we got different drinks at the pool bar. I had one of the worst stomach bugs I've had in awhile.

Rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful, nice pool. Only thing i didn't like is having to pay $15 for self parking there. Paying for parking when you're paying to stay there just doesn't sit well with me when they already are charging you a daily resort fee.

Ther were thing that baffeled me about picking this place one checking in early i called far in advance then days and never got a response they say i could pay 75 dollars extra if i wanted it earlier but no time frame...then i couldnt get ahold of anyone until i arrived then couldn't check in until a few min till. The front desk lady was on her phone sending pictures to someone and didnt notice i was waiting and scared her then proceeded to talk to a friend that walked in then asked how i might think how she knew her.Then cleanliness they said it taking long to clean... umm no? First they had just painted so the smell was really strong then the restroom floor look like someone had mud before and you know how i know they didnt clean because the mirror had writing about either the cleaner or previous people... and the cherry on top the door latch didnt close unless i pryed the door latch open and forced it to close; i had called maintenance he came closed it a few times then it got stuck and noticed it would close his response oh yeah its broken. Then never came back. I mean with the price you pay for this condo alot was kind of brushed under the rug.

So far so good!! I hope next year stay again!! Please don’t let this place come down!! Good food, good place and very quiet! Good staff and very good valet parking! Pet friendly! Pool in excellent conditions and temperature 😍

We really enjoyed our stay. The service was great and loved the atmosphere. We would appreciate some vegan options for food.

It was okay. It was not as clean as expected it to be since it is pricey. I didnt like that the tv was not a smart tv that you can connect to netflix or hulu. They did not have a microwave in the hotel room. I also think they dont check their coffee makers because i was about to make coffee and i opened the lid to add water and there was what appeared to be mold. I did like the ease of access to the beach and the mixed drinks. Over all it was okay somethings could have been better. Next time i might be staying trying other hotels in the area

Our room was nice and equipped with everything we needed. When ever the ac unit would start up it sounded like the drums from Jumanji. Other than that it was a nice stay.

I expected better upkeep of the rooms and hotel. Food at the Landshark was horrible. Drinks were just strong no flavor.

Every thing about this place is top notch. The entertainment was awesome. Restaurant was very clean and the food was very delicious. I will definitely come back to Margaritaville. Beautiful everywhere

Loved this place. Paying to self park is annoying though. And the pool closing at 11 sucked but overall I was very pleased with the property!

Easy access to everything

Their "premium" rooms are not even that. Room was very small to accommodate 4 people. Gates to the pool were locked leaving only one working. Not impressed with the hotel period. Wont go back.

When we got there the hotelook amazing outside and inside, until we got to our room in the 8th floor, our beds were missing part of the frame, and one of the queen size beds felt like the box spring was missing, also the AC has to be working in south texas, but it was not the AC was set to 65 bit it felt like 80 inside the room and there was no WIFI access on the eight floor. I had to call the front desk twice to get any sort of resolution. We finally got changed rooms to the 6th floor and it was like night and day.

While the beach’s closeness and the toddler-friendly pool were highlights, the resort fell short of our expectations. The room was clean, but a persistent sewage odor from the bathroom was troubling. Despite reporting this to the front desk, maintenance dismissed it as a housekeeping issue and took no action. Additionally, the mini fridge was faulty, leading to spoiled baby milk. We also encountered a lack of towels and toilet paper upon arrival, which took some time to be resolved by housekeeping. Given the price paid, we anticipated basic amenities to be in order without the discomfort of unpleasant smells.

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. Pool was awesome

The customer service was aweful. The only people who were nice were the ladies that clean your room. I was there for 2 nights and out of all the time I was there… front desk did not answer the phone. The restaurant was expensive and the guy at the bar was rude.

Best Mother's Day retreat for the whole family.

Great for beach access, needed bigger rooms but that not your fault , other than that we’ll be back

The friendly valet staff greeted us, walking into the lobby was beautiful. Loved the ocean view from room, the walk to the beach. Loved the heated pool. Rooms were clean and very pretty.

The property locked different gates and doors constantly forcing people to figure out how to get places, and forcing people to walk through the restaurant to get outside. A masked security guard walking around the pool was creepy. Had to get towels from front desk so waiting in line all the time. Housekeepers skipped cleaning our room twice in a week and on the last day one of them pooped in our bathroom. Before we checked out, which was nasty.

The room was awesome! My family always enjoy this trip. The fact that you have to pay to park is absolutely ridiculous. The room is already pricey plus the resort fee. This is a huge expense

Beautiful design and great atmosphere. Food and drink at Land shark restaurant was mediocre. Fish and chips were still cold inside and the drink just tasted like cheap alcohol when it was supposed to be a fun fruity drink. For the price point it was frustrating to have that experience. The server did take the drink (I returned) off the tab so that was nice. The pool and beach were wonderful and I loved the live music playing at the entrance! The rooms had super cute decorating and they were very clean. Loved the robes but were missing coffee for the in room coffee machine. Overall good experience for the price point. It would be nice to have more shopping options at the hotel. Oh and very friendly and helpful security officers.

The staff was friendly. The restaurant was good and the pool but the place was just dirty unfortunately. The hallway on our floor was bad and the public restrooms disgusting. There was a weird smell upon walking in as well. Its too bad.

Room not ready on time. Had an odor. Unclean floors. Pool closed for hours at a time on both days there. Guards at gate looking through your bags. Just didn’t feel comfortable and peaceful. Won’t stay again.
