The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. They gave us great ideas for looking around Nice. The room was small but clean and everything worked as it should. We used the parking but please note you need to contact the hotel and pre book this as spaces are very limited. I would stay again and recommend if staying in Nice for a few days.

Very nice hotel around the corner from the metro and walking distance to all attractions.

Whilst this is not the glitziest hotel it is by far the friendliest! For us visiting a city is having a clean bed, good service and nice food. Esprit ticks all of these boxes. The rooms are small but immaculately clean with everything you need. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they genuinely care about their guests. Breakfast is delicious and so reasonable - and again the dining area is kept so very clean. Highly recommend you visit if like us you are exploring the city and surrounding areas. Easy access to trains, buses and trams.

Situated in a walking area this hotel fit us for our needs. The room was large enough and had also a patio. It is a hotel room and so it won’t have a refrigerator. They only have 2-3 parking places in front of the hotel and you need to reserve in advance if you want to park your car in front of the hotel.

I like everting specially the people from the reception. They are very kind and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff on reception, a comfortable room with a good climate control and powerful shower, great location for walking to the train station, old town and the port. My only criticism would be some elements of the room like the ceiling and furniture seem quite dated. Overall very happy with what I got for the price paid.

It is easily accessible. It is in the center of the town. From the airport you can take tram 2 and then about 10 minutes on foot.

I traveled by myself so the single room that I had was small but perfect! The bathroom was spacious enough. like how cute and clean the hotel was. And it had a very nice working AC! The staff was very friendly & helpful. The hotel is close to 2 major train stations which makes it very convenient when you travel.

Nice hotel, I had a room facing the country yard and it was very quiet. The bed is very comfortable. The room was clean. The staff is very friendly. Location of the hotel is central, just couple of tram stops from the old town. The only one minus was the door in the hallway creaked.

We stayed here 3 nights long weekend reception staff were all very friendly and helpful also gave us a map with information places to go no complaints at all everything was excellent I would have no hesitation staying here again. Thank you all guys! customer services spot on.

Really good location and value!

We booked very last minute due to a change of plans and we really fell on our feet! The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean (if a bit small for 2 sharing). The location is great just 5-10 mins walk to the old town and right by the tram stop. Being able to borrow beach towels was a big plus!

The fact that the bedroom was a little small was largely compensated by the confort of the bed as well as the perfect situation, a minute walking from the tram station.

Our stay in the hotel was excellent! The staff on the reception was superb! Super friendly, very good knowledge of the area and always available (24h). They gave us a map and list of restaurants in Nice with explanation and there recommendations were spot on. The food was incredible there (for example the Restaurants "Acchiardo" and "Bar des Oiseaux") The location is very conventient to walk through Nice and also to reach the train station within 10min walking to go to Cannes, Antibes or Monaco. The next tram station is 3min walking around the corner. The room was clean, quiet and had all necessities. Bathroom looked newly renovated and well maintained. Wifi in the hotel was running stable and fast. The breakfast was nice too and the food they serve there is good quality! Crossaints, Baguette, toast, cereal, scrambled egs, bacon, coffee, tea, juices, jam etc. I can highly recommend that hotel and will stay there again if we are in nice!
