Beautiful room and excellent hospitality! Great Mountain View and really enjoyed the hot tub as well. 20 min walk into downtown.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Poor lighting at night to walk through the complex to your room.

They had a wedding all but one of the nights we were there. One was really loud late into the night. The shower seal was broken often getting water in the floor. Overall not bad. Staff was very nice and helpful.

We checked about 9pm after a long day. We were so happy to see the restaurant still serving and willing to seat us without a reservation.

Toilet would not stop running. The rooms have a paper thin walls which made sleeping, especially in the morning not enjoyable. The people above our room were up at 5AM you could hear them walking around loudly and basically heard their full conversation. Needless to say our bed felt like it was in their living room.

Great cabin vibe and quiet at night since its a ways back from Banff Ave downtown. Bus pick up right across the street and the rooms are quite big.

Great soaking tub, big fridge, friendly staff, and excellent restaurant turned a hotel into a comfortable “home” we enjoyed coming back to after long days hiking.

The first three days we stayed here (booked with Expedia) were great. The room was clean and comfortable. A little hard to light the fire as smoke does fill the room even with flume open but apart from that good. Staff and front desk very helpful. Room servicing average - good day one, virtually no service day two and three. Due to fires in Jasper we requested to stay an extra night. We were offered another room however the cost of the room was extravagant (over half of what we paid for three nights). The room was older, bathroom large but impractical. My husband could barely fit in the shower. Many of the lights in the room did not work. It’s a real shame as we had a good stay up until this point and would now no longer recommend when there are so many other options available. Restaurant served nice food at a reasonable price. Parking is difficult. Not enough for all the rooms.

This is a nice room with a lodge feel complete with a working wood fireplace and a soaking tub.

Beautiful lodge, friendly staff, and the on-site restaurant was the best restaurant of our whole trip.

Our room was absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The fireplace was beautiful and since it is a wood burning fireplace, we could still smell wood which did bother my allergies. There was a little porch out back which we enjoyed sitting and watching the small animals running. We saw two foxes. The bathroom was huge and very modern. Staff at the reception desk were so nice and friendly and willing to help however they could. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lodge in a great location but very much over priced compared to other lodges we stayed at this week in Banff/Lake Louise. It’s outdated and lacks more modern features, e.g. keyless entry (card). Additionally, the TV did not work, the password to the wifi was nowhere to be found, to mention a couple of issues. The beds were great and comfortable but the rest of the interior was outdated and needs an upgrade.

This Lodge is very convenient to downtown without the chaos of Banff traffic. Very clean, well kept, comfortable room with a fireplace! Staff was wonderful! Restaurant was very good with a nice wine selection. We were very happy with our stay. The only negative is limited parking. Would like to see each unit have a dedicated parking space as some nights we had difficulty parking if we returned later. Otherwise wonderful! Would definatley stay here again!

This was such a beautiful property and the rooms were the perfect setting for a little mountain getaway, complete with a fireplace, bathrobes and a gorgeous claw tub. Very comfortable, clean and serene. Will definitely be staying there again and have recommended to many friends and family!

Beautiful fixtures; large bedroom; comfortable bed; nice fireplace. Staff helpful when asked, but failed to let us know our room was as ready while we waited in the lobby and didn’t clarify how dining credit works. Worst was the lack of a place to put soap while showering - had to set it on the floor while shampooing and rinsing - gross to pick soap back up where others had their feet.

We stayed recently renovated suites - very clean.

The windows and floor are kind of dusty, wonder if they actually cleaned thoroughly) the space after each check out or not.
