This was the 2nd year we have stayed at your hotel when visiting family. We were very happy w/last year's stay.
The issues this stay was:
1. Your cleaning staff are not conscientious at all. Your desk staff had someone re-clean the shower unused by us (appreciated !) Our stay was 3 nights and when they cleaned/straightened after the 2nd night; there was still a hair in the sink and I'm unsure that the counter was even cleaned.
2. It was extremely noisy at night. I understand that you must fill your hotel rooms but each of the nights had people running up and down the halls, with laughing and yelling to each other. I know you have the sign by the elevator: apparently meaningless ! We were on the 2nd floor.
3. We could see the hotel's 'aging', although we could also see that you were approaching some of this.
4. What we did enjoy was the bed and the sitting area.

I didn’t like the fact that before the booking it didn’t state that the hotel was going through renovation, so half the things worked while the other half didn’t. The staff was super sweet, we had no issues with them. But there was no room service available, the light in our room didn’t work. The most irritating thing was that the bathroom didn’t lock at all. The door wouldn’t even close because of how it was installed. Literally had to keep one eye on the door because of how uncomfortable it felt not being able to shower in a hotel with my bathroom door unlocked and not shut.

Front desk clerk was friendly even at our 1 AM check in. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were quite small. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable.

We attended my mother-in-law’s unexpected passing at the end of July/beginning of August. The staff is amazing, helpful, kind, and professional. I know they are in the middle of a big renovation, so making sure to allow grace is helpful. My one and only complaint…no washer and dryer on site. I know they have a flyer for someone to hire to do it for you, but I am picky about my clothing. Great stay under the circumstances.

Best room I have rented in a while. Clean, plenty of space and love the separate sitting/table area so you are not on top of each other all the time. Room was very quiet and let's talk about the mattresses... perfect comfort! Staff were very attentive. I will stay here again.
