I was disappointed to see no modern amenities for charging electronics, only standard wall outlets.
Although it says they include toiletries, it only included body wash and hand soap, nothing on the sink counter.
The location was convenient and felt safe, near parliament and many restaurants. The room was very quiet, spacious, clean, and dated but in good condition.
The process at check in was slow and understaffed. It took almost 45mins to check in and there were only two parties in front of me. However, the staff were very friendly, polite and apologetic for the delay.

The room was really dated. Musty and smokey smell in the carpets. Gym doesn’t open until 9:00am so nothing for a morning workout. Gym is also very small. It can only accommodate about 3 people before it feels cramped. Parking expensive at $37/day. Staff were friendly and property was clean. Great location.

The property is old, but very good considering. The location is superb and the staff were super friendly. Having a kitchen is great so you can save on meal expenses. We've staying in several places near the Byward Market but found this to be a much better value. We will be back for sure!

The hotel check in is at four instead three as regularly is done in others destinations, and request the room at eleven instead miday.
But even if they ask us return at four for your check in, they give us the Room almost at five, that simple is not fair, in the other hand the place is really good and well located, but the customer service is not at the same level, please improve an try to be fair with yours costumers.

Two televisions in our 2 bedroom suite and neither one worked. Some electrical outlets didn’t work, floors were not clean.

The hotel was good. Could use a renovation but nothing major. When we booked the room details did say it had a 52” tv but it only had a 32” tv. I wasn’t a fan though that the rooms have an actual key but then they also give you 1 card which is the only way to get into the garage or out of. As well as the pool etc. it was more of an inconvenience than anything. Especially when there are 3 people.

The woman at the desk was super helpful and celebrated our wedding day! It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the proximity to Elgin St. Everyone was very kind.

Room was outdated but the location was great. With Gold and VIP package they knocked off a few dollars of the first day of my parking but paid 37 dollars each day for the next 3 nights. This was the first time i have ever paid this much for parking at a downtown hotel and i have stayed in the Hilton, Soho and Sonder.

We booked for a family of 4. The crib bed was not comfortable for 2. It would had been good to provide a 2 queen bed. Also the parking was a surprise and it costed 37 CAD for a night. We saw parking available near by which costs 20 CAD. At Least for customers they should be been a free parking or a minimum charges.
Bathroom has 2 bottles which mentions shampoo, had to come out of bathroom to ask them which is shampoo. They should have taken care of it.
