We stay here when we come to Spokane. We like th location, access to walk ways and teails. Downtown is in walking distance as well as Riverfront Park.

Helpful and efficient staff. I was so thankful they had cold meds on site for purchase, as I had left mine at home. Restaurant staff was great.

The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. I recommend staying on the pool side. We walked right out our back door to the hottub.

Nice size room and very aesthetically pleasing but for a premium king size room there was nothing to sit on other than the desk chair and the bed. there is plenty of room for a small table and two chairs as well as room for a comfortable chair but the room has neither. The bed was ok, have slept in worse and better so that's a personal preference

The view from the hotel is beautiful. My room overlooked the Spokane River. The Ruby River Hotel is the best value for the money in Spokane.

Several maintenance issues needed attention.1. One of the mattresses on one of the beds was totally broken down and needed to be replaces.. 2. The room needed a 2nd chair. The chair supplied for the desk was a very, very, cheap stacking chair and there should have been an office type chair there with rollers on its feet.

I only stayed for one night but I would have liked to have stayed longer! The hotel is right on the river and it is very easy to walk into the city. The pool is wonderful with tons of seating options and I can imagine is a wonderful place to hang out when the weather is warm! My room was very spacious and was in great condition. There was also plenty of parking and it was easy to get in and out of the hotel. I definitely would stay here again!

Small bathroom in advance room. Hard to get on shower due to toilet so close. I’m not a large person.

Our stay was very comfortable. The park trail was very close. The resteraunt on site was dog friendly. They have an enclosed area for your dogs to play. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will return for another stay.

We appreciate the location on the river, the views and the opportunity to walk along the river on the walking path. Great place to go if you have a dog with you. There's even a small dog park on the property. In addition, the food at the Osprey restaurant offers a great breakfast.

Hotel was great but the lady at the front desk was rude, demeaning and disrespectful. She looked angry to be there, was not friendly. Will not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel close to Riverfront Park. Loved everything! Nice rooms and common areas. Staff was very courteous. Pool and spa area was amazing. Plus so many activities available outside!

It was a clean place and it is on the very walkable Centennial Trail. Staff were good. My only concern is the dining room should put their side salads in a larger plate or in a bowl.

The staff at front desk were friendly and professional, Responded to my ‘extra blanket’ request promptly. Dining staff was friendly and very quick to get our meals. Food was very good, the chefs do an awesome job! Parking was so easy!

Parking and restaurant on site which is very convenient if you want to chill. Board walk around the river which is really nice . Would stay again!!

I had to take a cold shower at 8 pm as no hot water. Refrigerator did not get cold. The property does not offer any included breakfast. You have to buy breakfast at their restaurant. I got 2 queen beds but there were no chairs in the room. Overall I was not happy with my stay. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk which is why I picked it. That was the good part of my stay.

Clean and comfortable with super friendly staff. The property sits along the Spokane River with the most beautiful walking path and scenery. The Spokane arena is just down the pathway, as well as the falls, tons of shopping and local restaurants and bars. I will stay here again if i return to Spokane.
