In 5 days, I never saw housekeeping staff and they never checked my room. I had to go to the front desk for tissues and toilet paper. It was fine but unexpected. I generally always stay with La Quinta and this was the poorest La Quinta experience that I have had.
3.2
The lock and handle on my door were broken, the shower was dirty and the mini fridge didn’t work
3.2
Weather got bad, so I found a room. In some ways, it was a nice enough place and certainly cheap, but I was charged a $150 damage deposit. And when I tried to add another night to my stay, was told would need to have a new reservation, and a new damage deposit. I'd been told that refunding the deposit takes 2-14 days, depending on the bank, so I wasn't willing to risk having funds tied up. I used my Venmo card, and the $150 was refunded later that afternoon, so I might have stayed another night. Still, it was annoying.
3.2
The hotel has roaches. The common areas are not cleaned enough. My room had plumbing issues that were not resolved.
3.2
The place was nice, However it appears to need a little more maintenance, The bathroom doors in our room appeared to be in poor condition and needed replaced. The front lobby just needed a little sprucing up with it being autumn and leaves blowing around..
3.2
This hotel was clean. Staff was friendly enough. They have breakfast with some hot items which is always good. Location was perfect for anything on the south or Southwest part of town. It was just what I needed at this budget level. Unfortunately mine was a medical stay but you were very close to the Broadmoore, Cheyenne Mountain zoo
3.2
Got a dirty room rooms are old I was charged twice for the stay and was told they could not find any record of my stay
3.2
Every time we stay here their pool and jacuzzi are not functioning
3.2
Are the services was terrible they didn’t even give me my receipt. Didn’t tell me how much I got charged for. They didn’t come and clean our rooms I had to go and asked for clean towels the bedding was dirty. Overall I was not pleased.
3.2
They did not return our deposit. We were only in the hotel long enough to sleep and leave the next morning. We called and Spoke to Josephine, who said she would refund the deposit and charged us again instead. So then we called and spoke to Mickey and she said it was an accident and will be refunded in two weeks. My fiancé then called to confirm with Mickey and she has been repeatedly hanging up on him. So now we are down an extra $150 because they “accidentally” charged us twice for a deposit.
3.2
Pathetic hotel. No cleanliness in rooms. Doors are not closing properly, lights in the room were not working.
Even after notifying to the service desk, no action was taken.
No room service.
3.2
The room was ok. The room was not serviced by housekeeping ice during my 3 day stay. No new towels, no toiletries despite my asking. The room itself was ok. The bed was comfortable. Definitely would not go back.
3.2
The staff here were great and so friendly. There breakfast was always fresh and out quickly. Plenty of spots to park in with a lot of things to do in walking distance. We didn't like that the pool was shut down for the winter during our stay. I feel as though I would have gone with another hotel if I would have known this. Overall happy with our stay!
3.2
Everything was good until i went down to get breakfast. There was a family getting breakfast and their son was clearly sick coughing all over the place. Not covering his mouth and was right in front of all the food. The person on the front desk didnt even say anything. I was so uncomfortable that i didnt get breakfast and went to put on a mask. While i was leaving to get my mask the kid was still in the dining area coughing up a storm. How inconsiderate and rude to bring your sick kid to get breakfast while he was clearly sick and the staff could care less about contamination and lack of caring for other guests!
3.2
The room was disgusting. The room had not germ cleaned. There was mold in the bathroom. There was a dog somewhere in the hotel that barked all night long. Breakfast was OK.
3.2
Very nice, comfortable room. Looking forward to a full breakfast.
3.2
The sheet and comforter were dirty.
3.2
Your beds are terribly uncomfortable… two nights sleeping on the mattress put my back into a world of hurt. Switched rooms and beds were lil better but the damage was done. Papers and such behind the dresser… went a whole day without hot water. My hair was so greasy, it was embarrassing being out and about. The pool was freezing and no lights at the pool to see in the dark. Very unsafe. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. We will definitely not stay there again.. very disappointed
3.2
Order hotel and a parking lot that needs repairs. The breakfast is just basic. However the price was great, the room was clean and spacious, and the area around the hotel very convenient
3.2
Location was a plus due yo the restaurants in the area and right by a movie theatre. Comfortable bed, but not much of a breakfast option and they will not clean your room unless you ask them to. You are advised of that when you check in. Tub/shower.

Oh man. This was a mess. We've stayed before with great service and breakfast, but this time, nothing seemed to be taken care of at all! I was told by the staff that they'd recently been bought out, and I think they all just stopped working in protest or something. Everything was dirty-- hallways not vacuumed and covered in white dust that looked like plaster, the main floor ladies' room hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Nothing was refilled -- towels, soap, water in the lobby (since the water fountains were out of order too), coffee machine, light bulbs, the whole breakfast setup -- all needed changed or were empty, and were not refilled even after asking. The kicker was when our keys stopped working after we got in late (9 pm) on our second night. After one try with the master key, we were told they just couldn't open it and there no way to get into our room! We just got a ballad of why she had "absolutely no way" to open the door. A lot of pushing on our part led to a second employee trying her hand, and putting much more effort into the process. At least she understood that, "too bad" wasn't going to be an acceptable solution with our clothes, medication, etc trapped in the room. She called someone (a manager I suppose) and there was a device that could open it all along! Thank God that young lady didn't give up as easily and we were able to get into our room. She gets the only deserving stars. We'll be choosing a different one next year. What a shame.

Nasty nasty nasty. The room smelt more like a dog kennel than a hotel room. So sad they allow pets if they are not going to disinfect and deodorize it thoroughly afterwards. Hair everywhere and dog food all over the floor. The middle of August and couldn’t even go swimming. Pool was dirty and the entire area was filthy. So sad.
3.2
The bathroom was filthy, there waa red mold and dirt in the shower corners and on the shower curtain. The bed was clean, other than black hair on it.
The food service was very unappealing, mostly on presentation.
3.2
This was the most dirtiest hotel I ever saw filthy beyond anything I’ve ever seen tried calling the manager called corporate office. It was really disgusting. Would not advise anyone with the family stay there ever or anyone for that matter.
3.2
The stay wasn’t very good, someone had a dog that made lots of noise all throughout the night. Management wasn’t very proactive in dealing with this extremely annoying dog.
3.2
Overall was great, pretty quiet, place seems to be dated. Only bad thing was our next door neighbor wanted us to not not talk and enjoy ourselves in our room at 7pm. We just got back from exploring and was excited to talk about what we did that day. She ruin our moment. We weren't loud at all.
3.2
Wasn’t a bad place but had some homeless hanging around. Hotel needs a refresh and wasn’t super clean in public areas. Was mostly quiet except for the idiots that let thier kids run and scream up and down the hall way multiple times. No respect there. And people letting the door slam early am or late night. But that’s just society idiots and not the hotels fault
3.2
Poor maintenance. In bathroom, no toilet paper holder, no paper tissues. Electric key lock to fitness center was broken.
3.2
Unsafe and dirty
3.2
The hotel promised hot breakfast from 6am-9am daily but during the course of our 7 Day stay, every day breakfast was not brought until at least 7:30am. The Gym is merely a display none of the machines nor the Water Dispenser works. The building only has 2 working elevators which ran very slowly due to the old conditions. Also only 1 entrance in and out. We had to remind the front desk 3 times just to schedule housekeeping for our room.
I would NOT RECOMMEND booking this hotel at this rate, you will be much better off with Hampton Inn next door.
3.2
On multiple days the complimentary breakfast wasnt enough to feed the number of guests present. There was no food and the dining area was filthy with trash and food on the floors. The whole place was unkept overall with holes in the ceilings, chipped paint, stained carpetting, broken door hardwear, inoperable card readers, and faulty electrical in the bathroom. The aroma of "dog" was present and you could hear dogs barking in neighboring rooms. Multiple times requests for additional towels or bedding went unmet by staff. They simply ignored the requests and never brought the items to the room. We stayed in room 316, and my family asked me multiple times if we could leave this hotel due to the conditions, but i couldnt get a refund and ultimately we stuck it out. We will not be staying at a location like this again, and we wont be using expedia to book another vacation. vacation was ruined by this poorly run, ultimately disgusting hotel.
3.2
Trash piled up at overflowing trash cans that were never emptied all three days we were there.
Broken elevator for two days (not fixed by the time we left).
Breakfast served 6-9am. By 8:15 on day 2 they were out of sausage (the only meat offered) and milk. By 8:15 on day 3 they were out of eggs, sausage (no other meat), milk, and plates. Lots of trash all three days. Very disappointing.
3.2
Stay away. This place is a dump. Old and dingy.
The hallway carpet is dirty and smells of dogs and urine. The main elevator was broken so we used one at the end of the building. It was also dirty inside. I didn’t want to touch anything. The stairwell was the same, filled with trash and filthy. Our room had trash bags outside the door and it remained there the whole time. The room was basic and smelled musty because the AC leaks water on the carpet. There was an old leather chair that needs to be disposed of. Gross place to stay. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels in the last year and this was the worst. You’ve been warned.
3.2
The La Quinta in Colorado Springs on Geyser Drive was very hot in the lobby and very noisy at times. Also, they did not pick up the trash in the front of the hotel and it was overflowing out of the trash receptacles. That is not a nice seen to look at.
3.2
We cut our trip short due to the conditions of the hotel. No cleaning services offered for our stay, pool was terrible, had to constantly get new cards for our room due to the others being canceled, elevators were broke, stairway smelled like urine, I could go on and on but there’s the high points. Hotel was unwilling to make it right, would not recommend staying here.
3.2
Had to change rooms… first room was never cleaned, 2nd room was pretty dirty aswell
3.2
They had an issue with the A/C in there lobby. Was warm and a lot of flies in lobby. Are room had hair all over the bathroom like it never got cleaned. The refrigerator didn't work in the room.
3.2
This was one of the worst La Quinta inns we have ever stayed at. We had mold in the shower of the first room we stayed at. The "continental" breakfast was a joke. Half the stuff they were out of. Juice, silverware, milk, eggs, waffle batter. The dinning area was never cleaned up after each breakfast, I'm tall folks, good, napkins all over the floor not to mention none of the tables were ever cleaned of at any point. The"gym" had white powder all over the floor along with glass so I did not feel safe going and working out. We were never offered a discount for having the mold in our room.
3.2
Pool too cold
3.2
I think the hotel is showing some wear and tear ; needs some refreshing
