Mike who checked is on was fantastic, but i know its an extended stay, but regardless it wasnt cool with the smell of Marijuana wafing down the halls and the loud verbal fighting, and cussing. Overall it was clean but I wouldn't walk around without socks or slippers. Being in westlake, i didnt expect that. I would have expected it closer to downtown cleveland or brookpark.

The room smelled like someone chain smoked for 10 years, left out dirty socks, burned oil, and then burned incense to try and mask the smell. It literally made me sick staying in this room. The bathroom light was SO dim, it was pointless to even have it. nd breakfast was one flavor granola bar and one flavor muffin.

We ordered a room with a sofa bed and 2 queens and got two doubles and no sofa. we were also told that there would be a chair in the room and there wasn’t. Due to the inconvenience of not enough sleeping room my 80 year old grandmother slept standing up leaning over the counter because the second bed had my cousin and he’s tall and there wasn’t enough room for both of them on the bed. We woke up so sick because of all the mold in the room. The room stunk so bad. the towels didn’t even dry our bodies.

Stayed here 7 weeks have had no hot water at lest once a week. Elevator smells like something is dead inside.

The facility should not have been opened due to the fact they were severely understaffed and was just coming off 3 days of no power due to a tornadoe. Our room was nasty and the bathroom was unsanitary. The toilets and sink clearly was not cleaned after the last guest left. Not to mention dirty comforters on the bed. Would I stay there again yes because the one staff member on site poor guy did a wonderful job making sure everything that was wrong was corrected. It was not his fault and we did not make him feel like it was. He could not do it all. Unfortunately due to that we did not stay the night and had to cut our trip short because there were no other room available due to the prior storm. My only wish is for Extended Stay to due right by me and offer me another night at my choice and location at their expense.

Rundown, dirty, no kitchen supplies. Entire premises appeared to be a low income housing residence. NOTHING else in Cleveland and surrounding areas available or would have left.

Toilet did not work for the whole time we were there. They did not fix it because they dont have any maintenance in weekend. Front office people has no courtesy, just being rude. Please avoid at every cost.

The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the bathroom the shower wouldn’t drain properly so short showers and countertops had paint and cigarette burns on them in the bathroom

The condition of the room was terrible. The kitchen was not stocked and when we requested some utensils and dishes they handed my sister a laundry basket for her to take up to the room. When I unloaded the basket, every single dish, cup, and pan was dirty, filthy dirty. We immediately returned them and they brought clean ones up to the room. There was a dishwasher but they had no detergent for it and gave me a few packets of dishwashing detergent but no sponge or towel, no paper towels either. There was an inch thick of dust on all the lamps and headboards. The phone was inoperable too.

The power went out at the hotel for a bit, and then when it came back on, the internet never came back. Every other hotel on the block had it, but our hotel just couldn’t figure it out and had no explanation. And they didn’t seem to care. I lost major work cred and time.

Ordered king room got queen room .No coffe maker was told they didnt have any.no pots and pans they did not have. Room smelled like an old basement had to buy a candle. Mentioned it to the counter and said we had no more rooms. Not at all what i expected woke up early and ran out.my wife and i travel alot and i have stayed at some crappy hotels ,but atleast they had a coffee maker in it elevator was broke the next morning as well

My initial check-in was good but getting up to my room it smelled terribly. The floors are full of dirt that I literally went out and bought a broom. The bathroom sink had make up all over it, and I could not take any of my clothes out to put them in the drawers, cause they’re full of make up and Nail polish, I guess and the towels look like they were dirty. It was very loud and it looked like there is a bunch of hoodlums always around outside the hotel.

The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Towels were clean and fresh. The receptionists were friendly and thoughtful. The room appeared clean but the property definitely needs an overhaul. The facilities and rooms are well-used and need new carpets & paint, etc. The room smelled heavily of smoke, my bag & clothes smelled strongly of it after I left.
Overall, I feel it’s reasonable for the price but probably wouldn’t stay again unless they did some updates and renovations like carpets and painting.

The place is dated and not maintained , you get what you pay for. There is no real breakfast it’s packaged oatmeal with no bowls and packaged mini muffin that’s it.
The room hadn’t been clean , the linen was stained even after asking for Fresh.

I like the convenience of this property, the larger rooms, and the full kitchen with a large refrigerator. The hotel is quiet and located near the interstate and shopping.

Was a mistake of choosing a place where pets are allowed place had a smell of a bug exterminator just visited. Handicap shower looked not well kept clean. From the outside it looked good it was a place with Marriott prices and a red roof atmosphere. Never again but my bad choosing. Love and learn

The manager there is very unprofessional and the place sink so bad you can smell dog and cat pee through out the hallway and our room. The house keeping workers are definitely unprofessional as well I will never get a room here ever again in life horrible experience and they breakfast is small muffins and oatmeal

Our room was dirty! Gritty floor with coins on the floor. The room had an odd Oder, smelled like dirt. The hallways and elevator smelled an ashtray. There was hair in the bathtub. Comfortable was stained, bed very uncomfortable. Could hear walked from upstairs. Doors slamming after midnight.
Breakfast was awful. Would never comeback
