The staff are warm, friendly, and most helpful. The amenities of wine and cheese in late afternoon and then warm baked cookies with milk later in the evening are delicious inclusions that can be enjoyed in front of an inviting fire place during the winter season.

Loved location by waterfront, daily breakfast, wine and cheese reception, and rooftop terrace. Check in process (where to park car and what door to enter on arrival) was confusing. More info about property could have been provided by front desk staff on check in. Room was very large which we appreciated.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was on of the best parts of our stay. Everyone we encountered was helpful, pleasant wore a smile. And treated our little 3 year old like king of the castle. Some construction across the street (massive new resort) but this did not bother us or take away from the experience. My little family and I look forward to visiting again.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, everything was outstanding!! Everyone was polite and professional. Absolutely stellar experience and I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know who will be visiting Charleston. We totally appreciated the complimentary water, lemonade, iced tea!!

Family trip. Breakfast was excellent. Wine and cheese and milk and cookies nightly was excellent. Amenities excellent. All staff members excellent. Walking distance to things we did was excellent. Terrace was very nice. M&M’s great. Beach chairs and umbrellas available which we didn’t know till we asked. We recommend this Inn to anyone going to Charleston.

The HarbourView Inn was amazing. The staff was exceptional and the location was perfect, walking distance to all the restaurants and stores, but tucked away from excess noise of the hustle and bustle. Will definitely return to this hotel.

This place was beautiful, inside and out! Every person on staff we encountered, was friendly and professional. The room was spacious and looked more like a bedroom than hotel room. The bed was a little firm for my taste. The bathroom was also nice and spacious. The wine and cheese hour and the milk and cookies at night were perfect for a snack. You can't beat a good breakfast delivered to your room. Yes, there is construction going on at a new hotel, but it didn't bother us. We liked the rooftop seating, however, you only have a view if you're standing. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was very clean !! House keeping was amazing!! Beds were said to be temperpedic but the worst ever! And the Hotel was way over priced !! And the Gotel no longer has a View!! You pay for a balcony with a view which they were known for forget it! So those rooms running 500 or more are no longer but you don’t know until you get there and you are stuck with what you booked! Over priced!!

This hotel is a class act in every way! It is in the French district right next to the Pineapple Fountain. Everything is close and within walking distance, the Charleston Market, the Rainbow houses and the pier.

We booked two rooms. Excellent hotel and the amenities were great. They had free chilled water bottles that was so great because you could grab them on way out in the morning and when coming back, free breakfast delivered to your room, or their rooftop terrace or hotel indoor seating area, coolers of tea, infused water and lemonade and bowls of fruit in hall that you could help yourself to at any time, umbrellas and bikes to borrow, complimentary wine, fruit and cheese reception every day from 5-6 and complimentary cookies and milk from 9-10. These things made our hotel stay one of the best we have ever had as a family of 7. Only negative was there was a seating area outside our doors and people would rudely sit there and conduct business while eating their breakfast and one day were woken at six AM by this.
