Check-in was easy, and the person servicing the front desk was very polite and accommodating. He gave me water bottles when I asked for a water fountain and offered to have someone inspect the non-functioning lights (3 of 4) in my room immediately (I declined because there was no need for use of the lamps). The room was spacious and appeared clean.
However, the room was hot and the air conditioning unit did not work. It made sleeping uncomfortable and I woke up several times during the night for that reason. Also the faucet in the bathroom was not attached and made regulating the water temperature difficult. When brought to attention to the front desk (different person now), the man shrugged his shoulders and said "yeah, some units are not working, sorry".

Easy check in. Front desk gave recommendation for dinner.. it was great after a 4 hr drive. Room 2 Q with pull out nice size, newer tiled bathroom, great BF. Older hotel but very nice. Would stay again.

Extremely friendly staff, excellent condition in the rooms. The only issue I encountered is that someone had smoked/vaped weed and the elevator reeked of it. So I took the stairs. The carpets in the main hallways are getting old and a little loose, so walk carefully in heels, but otherwise it’s clearly a lovingly maintained building.

Great for an overnight stay. Spacious clean room with a comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance and a large recreation complex nearby with a good walking track. Would stay here again! Fresh cookies were a bonus upon check-in.

HVAC was not cooling the room, no tech on Saturday evening. Obvious damage from a room break-in. Several outlets not working, including coffee maker. Staff on duty tried to help.

Its an ok hotel. I wish bathroom and the floors in the bedroom were cleaner otherwise an ok hotel to stay for a night.

The bed was comfy and the staff was decent. I didn't appreciate the dirty room, the area in the hotel isnt very clean, even the outside looks dirty. My bathtub was clogged and the sink in the bathroom started leaking from the bottom. It looks like they need to do a deep clean of the hotel room. I didnt feel clean the whole time I was there. Also very loud due to highway and lots of sirens going on in the area. I have stayed in cheaper hotels in Yakima with higher standards than they provide.

I can’t read the info for Wi-Fi (handwritten). Nor could I find a network that looked close to what I could read! The check-in clerk was cordial enough, but disappeared before I noticed. (6:05 pm)

The employees were great but the carpeting in the room was filthy and the bathroom back of the door was peeling. Breakfast was good and they had great complimentary soup and cookies at night an yummy lemon infused water throughout day.

Bathroom door was practically destroyed on the inside. As if a dog was trapped in it before. Several spots on the interior walls were pealing off. Breakfast wasn’t very exciting either.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast included single serve items in addition to eggs, bacon, potatoes and make your own waffles. The single serve items included yogurt, granola bars, yogurts, boiled eggs nd fruits. The water pressure was also awesome.

It was a great stay. Staff were friendly and breakfast was so good. The swimming pool was all working and enjoyable! Overall I recommend hotel, it is definitely a good stay.

The staff was great and the hotel is basic, comfortable and clean. It's very convenient to my mom's senior housing, just down the street. Unfortunately there were mechanical issues with an elevator (we moved from 3rd floor to 1st floor - no elevator at check in) and a malfunctioning smoke alarm periodically going off after dinner through 11:45pm. Got no rest that night. The staff did their best, but technicians were hard to get at that hour.

The comforters were unwashed (stained with what looked like blood, smeared boogers, and had hairs on them), and the toiletries in the bathroom were half empty and hair-laden … clearly they were unwashed between visits. The fridge made a constant high-pitched noise, and the hallway was dimly lit. The staff was very friendly, but I’d recommend staying anywhere else if you can. EXTREMELY UNCLEAN.

However, check in is at 3. Our room wasn't ready. They were still cleaning. Curtains weren't even installed.
On top of all that we paid extra to stay here as we felt it was much nicer than the competition and they had a hot tub/pool. The hot tub was closed and pool heater wasn't working. Not happy about spending that much money and not even getting to use the facilities

The location is in a shopping/industrial area, but it was a convenient place for us. I would stay here again.
