The staff was quick and easy as well as professional all my needs were taken care of and Rita was a Angel for her warm personality and diligence to provide customer care

We had 2 rooms. One room the bed was broken, there was a puddle on the floor by the window. Went and told them in the office they said they would send someone never did. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The other room have stains on the comforters. Mold also in the bathroom the door handle was broken and bathroom door would not close all the way.

You didn't allow my son to stay there because he showed up too late and then you didn't refund me.

Very abrupt nonwelcoming front desk. I arrived at 230p and was informed that no rooms are available until 3pm. And i could not wait in the "lobby" stood outside for 30 mins...no seats, chairs or benches 3pm checked in and room was not ready, still being cleaned. Stood there for abother 10 mins looking at the gas nd oil stained parking lot with fumes listening to the loud radion being played 2 doors down. Finally clean got in took a shower and laid down for a nap. I had been up and awake traveling for about 30 hours. phone rings...no body there...phone rings no body there..knock atbthe door. Guy said " he just wanted to know if the room was occupied" Same thing happened 40 mins later. Front desk girl. Then she asked me who i was and kind of mumbled that she put me in another room. "No you didnt here is the keys you gave me" Barking dogs in the room above me all night Bed was comfortable. Clean. Good air conditioner fan

It was absolutely awful armed guards were there with guns and bullet proof vests drugs and hookers everywhere

I got there and they told me they were over booked, the lady was super rude and the process of getting a refund is ridiculous. 10/10 would not recommend

When I arrived at the hotel they told me that there were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE , and that I needed to get a refund from whatever 3rd party that I booked the room from. As of today I havent received a refund yet and im still waiting to speak to someone.

The place was over run by cockroaches, and was sketchy as heck. The lady up front was absolutely intolerable.

I booked a room through Expedia and when I got there they didn’t have the room I booked. The guy at the front offered to show me a different room but it was dirty and smelled like cigarettes/weed. I ended up not staying there.

I don’t usually write reviews but the room was disgusting. Staff was kind and helpful but the room itself was hard to stay in. I ended up booking a different place after the first night because I couldn’t sleep with the smell. It smelt like cigarette smoke. There was food and dirt on the curtains in the room, holes in the wall, the phone in the room, looked like it had coffee or some kind of drink spilled and dried on it. There were insects in the room, not a lot but some. The rooms didn’t have any garbage cans, but was told by staff, if there was any garbage left in the rooms, there would be a 25$ charge. They did have a dumpster to put garbage in, but no cans in the room. Overall I wouldn’t recommend in the current state.

This hotel was dirty and designed like a maze.

I'm angry that Expedia has this hotel on its list. I really should be refunded for this trip. We went in the room and the floor had large pieces of debris all over, and was sticky. The bathroom toilet seat had poop on it. The towels were all wet. On the back of the door there was a used towell. The beds were made and I hope this janitor changed the sheets. The shower was filfy as well. To top it all off I cut my hand on there dirty outside door. This place was a disaster.

Miss Rita and Samantha and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing they're quick on their feet and chaotic situations most reading knows how to keep people calm if they ever got to I don't know prime out a window.. they are absolutely amazing they deserve 10 Stars instead of five

This place is not sufe to stay. I saw people taking drugs in the property. Windows were smashed. Trash and dirt everywhere throughout the hotel.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. If I could give zero stars that is what they would get. The room was dirty, no hot water, burn marks from an electrical fire were along the wall. Needles and alcohol bottles were seen as we were checking out the next morning. The only reason we stayed was we were in town for a funeral and had to check in so late and had to be up early. We checked right out and found another place to stay for the remainder of the trip. We ordered food which was stolen as they messaged it was dropped off outside the door. I would definitely not recommend anyone staying here.

Terrible place to stay ! No recommendations

The place was dirty, there was no hot water for the shower. I was just not very pleased with my stay all around.

We didnt end up staying once we saw the room and the how the hotel looked. The room was very dirty, gross. There was a hotel room with a broken window. Trash everywhere. Foil in the hallways where the elevator is. You get what you pay for. Do not recommend unless you're too deep in the trenches and have no other options.
