Really convenient, clean and functional hotel and room. Front desk staff were super helpful on arrival, and again at the breakfast service- which is complimentary with the room and is a great plus point compared to other hotels. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was very nice, my only concern was the warmth of the room as it too a long time to get warm and there was no heat in the bathroom and hence damp cold towels

Room was freezing cold and heater not working. No parking at hotel available so had to park in a remote industrial estate. Breakfast area was filthy, no clean tables. Ran out of most of food items by 9.20am, no beans, no egg, no bread, no yogurt, no pastries, no cutlery, no milk in coffee machine. The list goes on. Manager told staff he would tell company they had a power cut and that’s why shortage of items whilst he was telling customers that it was half term and they’d served 245 breakfasts so ran out of food. This is never an excuse for no food. They know how many bookings they’ve taken so should have enough food. Stayed here many times and this will be the last.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location close to the outlet

I think a charger dogs was a bit much plus lots of dogs were staying there we heard barking my dog bark three times in the Bar manager was not happy choir all night

Had a family room with my daughter and 2 grandchildren,7 and 4 for 1 night. Room was spacious and clean. Had dinner in the restaurant in the evening which had a good selection for us all and was very good. Breakfast is great there's a good choice and fresh ,my granddaughter loves making her own pancakes.

Liked the big room, shower room and the breakfast. Stay in room 335 was spoiled by noise from external machine. Was pleased to get feedback from the hotel that they appreciated my comments and it seems they are going to try and rectify the problem.

we booked a room with a request that it be on the opposite side to the motoway, which it was, but someone also added that it be an accessible room, i.e. for a wheelchair occupant. not a problem as such, but the room did have a serious lack of clothes storage and the bedside tables had no draws to secrete items away out of sight, which was a nuisance. the only chair availiable was an office type, and wasn't very comfortable, so one of us had to sit on the bed.
the television stand was a wonky shelf that sloped away from the wall, and did not look very secure, also the hanging rail for clothes was also sloped.
for a one night stay it was sufferable, but for any longer maybe the furniture should be redesigned.

Business trip whereby the Holiday Inn was well located for a night stopover. There was no motorway noise in the room. AC worked well especially as it was 28C at the time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good

Property was easy to get to. Cheap for our one night stay. Easy check in and check out. Free parking and breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff and good buffet breakfast which was replenished frequently. The room was a bit dark and bed quite narrow. Not as wide as Premier Inn - fine if you are staying on your own but not so comfortable for a couple. Bathroom was very good with good shower.

This hotel is right on the M4 junction and yet is quiet. You get exactly what you expect, breakfast is a reasonable choice of the usual things, can take away a coffee etc if travelling on. I stayed four nights and was very happy with the hotel.
