Would recommend this Hotel , clean rooms and bathroom, tv , tea ,coffee making facilities and friendly welcoming atmosphere nothing too much trouble and a delicious breakfast included in the price.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and loved the convenient location close to the outlet

Had a family room with my daughter and 2 grandchildren,7 and 4 for 1 night. Room was spacious and clean. Had dinner in the restaurant in the evening which had a good selection for us all and was very good. Breakfast is great there's a good choice and fresh ,my granddaughter loves making her own pancakes. Have stayed before and would again.

Good value for money. Very convenient location for using M4. The breakfast was very good.

we booked a room with a request that it be on the opposite side to the motoway, which it was, but someone also added that it be an accessible room, i.e. for a wheelchair occupant. not a problem as such, but the room did have a serious lack of clothes storage and the bedside tables had no draws to secrete items away out of sight, which was a nuisance. the only chair availiable was an office type, and wasn't very comfortable, so one of us had to sit on the bed. the television stand was a wonky shelf that sloped away from the wall, and did not look very secure, also the hanging rail for clothes was also sloped. for a one night stay it was sufferable, but for any longer maybe the furniture should be redesigned.

They had gluten-free breakfast options, with separate toast. I was really pleased as i dont know many that cater for breakfast for us. Really clean room and hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast finished at 9.30am on Sunday! Air con unit very noisy, rooms very basic. Not value for money at all. Hotel itself and staff all very nice.

It was clean, staff pleasant and helpful, and at a very good price.

We didn't get the room we asked for by the booking, which was 2 beds. We got a double double bed and slept badly.

Business trip whereby the Holiday Inn was well located for a night stopover. There was no motorway noise in the room. AC worked well especially as it was 28C at the time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good

The location was good for our visit to Laycock and Swindon. The price was also good value.

Found this stay very good value for money with breakfast included,very clean and quiet with helpful, pleasant staff.

Friendly staff and good buffet breakfast which was replenished frequently. The room was a bit dark and bed quite narrow. Not as wide as Premier Inn - fine if you are staying on your own but not so comfortable for a couple. Bathroom was very good with good shower.

First night hurrendous and had to move rooms. 2nd night good and great customer service.

This hotel is right on the M4 junction and yet is quiet. You get exactly what you expect, breakfast is a reasonable choice of the usual things, can take away a coffee etc if travelling on. I stayed four nights and was very happy with the hotel.

Staff very friendly. Minor issue with the AC in the room resolved quickly. Great breakfast. Would recommend.

This hotel is excellent our room 144 was nice and quiet staff checked in every day made bed lovely.Breakfast Great,shopping just up the road 2 miles away.

Fabulous all round! Attention to detail - staff always on hand, takeaway options, polite on the ball staff - fresh next level staff. Holiday Inn should be very proud of their polite, contentious, on the ball, smiley staff.

I have stayed at numerous HIE properties in both the UK and US. It is definitely my preferred brand at this price point and I believe that this particular property represents the brand very well. I have previously worked in rhe hospitality industry. The offering is fairly standard and the room and breakfast were both good and the parking was easy. I received a great welcome from Zac who I also saw hard at work clearing tables at breakfast the following morning. Upon leaving, Victor asked if I was happy with everything during my stay - which I was. I believe that taking a genuine interest in the guests' experience should be an essential part of the process and it is sad when reception staff are either not bothered or don't for fear of receiving a negative response.

Friendly efficient staff. But chaos at breakfast as too many visitors trying to access small buffet area. Need decaffeinated coffee option ( as Greggs and Wetherspoons manage to do).

The extra bed for the room was very uncomfortable and the breakfast was really bad.
