vey frustrating experience 1. no lightlamp workingby bed 2. about to take shower & shower door did not open,when turn on shower it gets your clothes wet cause slide door does not open just to see if water comes out. 3. the shower floods the shower so water does not go down the drain. 4 had to change rooms to 2nd floor and that became problem where you can t turn down the cold air cond fr sleeping. 5.no internet, told front desk that my computer says server of hotel not working. 6. coming back to my room in evening the door key not working not charge and no elevator working. Had to take the stairs. 7. when I said to counter girl on desk about these problems that I was disappointed in this hotel she started yelling at me to the point of screaming at me about the 2 keys not working and also the elevator. 8. the toaster for bread did not work right 9. getting breakfast for cereal seems like crumbs in canister.

The cleaning is very poor, the maximum is 2 clean towels and nothing else, they don't make the bed, nor do they change the sheets. The staff is very unfriendly, they have no idea that we, the clients, are the ones who contribute to their work. Breakfast has no basic options. It's coffee, waffles and cereal, no, it's something comfortable. I stayed there for 4 days, but I don't really have a good impression.

Bed cover was dirty and floors was too

Property outdated, linens were very worn, bathroom was just nasty!

This place is dirty, I didn’t even stay my last day booked somewhere else. The walls are dingy the shower walls look like you will get something and I don’t really do reviews but this is a -10/10 do not stay here. Also your room key will not work after a day and you will have to keep going to the front desk to get them over. Just don’t do it

The place was filthy! Cigarette smoke smell throughout. Very old! Loud air conditioner…. Old style with air blowing out all night directed toward the bed. Screens were ripped on the windows and windows were open to the elements. Construction garbage cans were in the hallway on my floor. I will never stay in a Quality Inn again. I’m not willing to take that chance!

Horrible and most unclean hotel. Stinky with trash smell and rooms were dusty and filthy. Beds were okay. Tubs and service were poor.

The property was filthy. Bugs in the bed, sheets had hair and stains that made it appear the sheets were not changed. Carpets hadn’t been vacuumed for weeks, the air filter when you walked into the facility was caked with lint and black stuff, non-smoking room smelled like smoke, hallway smelled like weed, it appeared that a transient community was living in the hotel. We had to cancel our room and head to a different hotel.

Room was dark, old decor, and smelled old. Molding around flooring missing. Teens coming off elevator smelled of weed. Someone tried to open my door when I was in my room. I did not feel safe at all and did not spend the night there.

Great experience at a decent price.

This was the single filthiest place I've ever had the misfortune of booking-- cockroaches everywhere, broken plumbing, smears of filth on all the walls and surfaces, floors spotted and gritty and gross. The staff was truculent about people asking for clean rooms and working plumbing. Hookers wandered in and asked if they had an hourly rate.

Bathroom is filthy, shower and sink are clogged up.

Location is convenient, there’s a 24 hours Wawa with gas right outside the inns, also 2 Red lights away, there is the PA Turnpike.

Nothing it was really bad

Terrible. The cleanliness is horrible and the staff worse. They have towels with poop and the bedroom smells like cigarette and the staff just gave you frabreze spray to resolve the solution. The bathroom is dirty. That is the worse place to stay.

this inn is super dirty, receptionists are very rude (except one) walls have many disgusting stains, bed sheet has blood stains, microwave is disgusting the plate has strange thing on it (like petroleum jelly) floor not cleaned......I will NEVER go there again and do not recommend it at all ! save your self and your money and do not go to this inn

Our room was handicapped. I didn't know we were getting that. The shower floor needed a good scrubbing, black in the grout, yuck. Carpet in the hallway was not vacuumed and had Stuff all over it. Continental breakfast was very limited and all carbs. Each morning I had to alert the front desk they needed to get more plates, more food, etc. The location was fine and a Wawa and diner close by. The bedroom appeared clean but i kept my shoes on. I would not go back. There are 2 other nicer hotels on Street Road I would choose.

Housekeeping did a poor job. Some papers on floor and in shower area. I will never stay there again. Also some molding was missing around the bathroom door. The hall needed to be vacuumed.

The comforters are stained all over. Bathrooms were age old and dirty.

The door to my room didn’t lock. The entry way light didn’t work. Everything was nasty and dirty. Will never ever stay here again. STAY AWAY!!!
