The Hotel was very nice for the price point. It was centrally located to everywhere we needed to go in Schaumburg. The customer service was excellent. The breakfast provided a variety of options. Parking was free and there was plenty of parking availible.

The room was in need of some repairs. Cracked walls and just needed some maintenance. Smelled ok. Was clean enough. The real kicker was that housekeeping decided to enter our room at 2:30 in the afternoon after we had returned f
and my 15 year old was naked and getting outthe shower, when I addressed it with the front desk she blew me off and was rude. Also when checking in at the front desk a different lady was rude as well. They definitely lack customer service. It was fair for the price but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Stayed 1 night. Good location, it was close to stores and restaurant. Check in and out was efficient and there was no waiting. Room accommodations were clean, and included a microwave and fridge. Breakfast was adequate.
This is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but we were assigned to a 1st floor room and could hear our upstairs neighbor pace all night and morning. Otherwise, no other issues.

Only issue was bathtub would not drain and no maintenance guy available but they did offer a new room though. Was very good price for the room and convenient to where i was meeting my friend. Workers at the facility were very nice especially the front desk.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It ws clean, comfortable, and quiet.
We used the breakfast room to have our dinner (carryout pizzas from the nearby wood oven pizza place and beers from the 7-11).
Th only complaint was that the housekeeper knocked on our door at 8.15 am on the day we were checking out. We were still sleeping. It was an honest mistake, but an avoidable one.

When we opens the room it was a little musty. Not that it hasnt been clean but maybe the room was old, then we realized the hot tub was never properly cleaned as the jets released some sort of build up.
It was overall clean but these were to noticeable to not mention. However my Bf thourghly enjoyed the breakfast and staff was wonderful

This is a safe area, with parks near so you can walk. Breakfast is good, with all the regular stuff you get on this kind of services (eggs, bread, cereal, pancakes, fruits, yogurt)

A LOVELY place. My only complaint is that I love it when hotels replace the carpet in rooms with more hygienic wood-look flooring. Lobby is lovely. Room was very nice and the breakfast was good each day.

Broke elevator , has been broke for over 3 weeks. Breakfast was the typical breakfast not bad , but nothing to write home about, but it was better than going to McDonald's. Rooms Very clean . Bring your own soap and towels, the towels were 50 grit sandpaper, and the soap was the size of quarter no CAP. Location was great for Domicacan Embassy visit.

The room was fantastic for our family, but we were on the 3rd floor and I don't know what was above us but it sounded like someone was training for a marathon. Thud thud thud All Night Long!

I only spent $300 for two nights so I wasn't expecting much,but this was a rough looking hotel. The walls and floors are thin so you hear people walking down the hall even when they aren't talking. The bed was EXTREMELY hard so I'm glad I travel with my own pillow and a heating pad.The room was clean but had marks and dents all throughout, the TV had that green line thru it for some channels and I killed 2 spiders in the bathroom. Also, the water pressure was iffy throughout the day.I won't be staying there again and I wouldn't recommend anybody else staying there either.

coffee bar in lobby not in food area. very little selection. when i mentioned this to service person i was greeted with a blank stare! lousy location. could not walk anywhere. had to uber. i guess you get what you pay for.

Everything was great for the most part. The only thing that was troublesome was the jet tub being very dirty. We purchased jet tub cleaner ourselves and cleaned it. There was a line of dirt around the tub after cleaning, and floaters also. We cleaned it a couple times, then called it good. Aswell as this, at check in the desk attendant asked if we’d like cleaning during our stay. We declined, and they came into the room to “clean” anyway. All they really did was add towels and make the bed. Why ask if you’re not gonna listen? It’s not a big deal to me but still a little odd. Overall the stay was pretty enjoyable, I just wish they took better care of the jet tubs.
