Good hotel with a friendly staff. The breakfast was good. The wifi was really bad, the attempt to watch a movie was impossible because the film stopped all the time and my Ipad told me that I had no internett connection.

The room was not sound isolated at all.
Especially from the upstairs room. I could hear every footsteps, every door, every drawer opened. Terrible.
The sound from the cars from the street outside was also very loud since the balcony door was not isolated.
And sound from neighbors through the wall.
Impossible to get a solid night's sleep.

The staff was very polite and serviceminded. But I exspect a refrigerator on the room and much better gym for a four star hotel. It was real simple.

We stayed as a large group on a trip to play a veterans football game.
The hotel was very good for catering for a large group and very reasonably priced compared to some of the alternatives.
The breakfast was excellent. Not sure if any of us were up to the help yourself Cava for breakfast though !
The location was very handy for the airport which a 15 minute cab ride or easy underground trip. It was right next to the river park as well.
It was a little bit further out of the centre of town than we would have liked and there was nothing open near the hotel later on.
Still only a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre.

Although we booked 2 rooms months ago they were 2 floors apart which was disappointing. Otherwise everything was very good.

This is an incredibly outdated hotel. No updates have happened in decades it seems. Old style, old furnishings. Balcony door didn't lock. They wouldn't let me check in early. I understand that it isn't always possible but at least offer to contact me when my room is ready. They just said come back at 3pm. I sat in the lobby and watched others be checked in before 3pm. I wanted to grab coffee and maybe some toast from the onsite restaurant and they said it was either the full buffet at 18 Euros or nothing at all. Where is the service mentality? The cleaning staff were also very slow and/or disorganised. I put my please clean this room hanger on my door and came back 4 hours later and no cleaning. I then had to leave for another 2 hours so that I didn't get in their way. Even after all that, they were still cleaning when I got back. If the signs don't mean anything to the team, don't have them. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

Couldn't fault it. The staff were very helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great. Safe and clean. Nice spacious room with air conditioning and a good, not great shower. Elevator very slow and a bit unreliable. The only major issue I had was the Wi-Fi. Don’t rely on it if you are working while there.
Overall great value and ideal for a city break.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Turia for three nights, and our experience was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, with Old Town just a 15-minute walk away, and taxis, Metro, and bus stops only two minutes from the hotel. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, warm and friendly. A special thanks to Juan Manuel at the front desk, who was invaluable in helping us navigate the city and offering great recommendations. Although we didn’t try the breakfast or dinner due to our light eating habits and preference for earlier meals, both offered a wide variety of choices and looked delicious. Manuel at the restaurant was kind enough to show me the abundant choices they serve during breakfast and dinner. When we return to Valencia, we will definitely stay here again. Overall, I’d rate our stay a perfect 10/10, five stars!

Hotel Turia is an excellent hotel. We stayed in a junior suite and it was very comfortable. We also took the dinner and breakfast option and breakfast was excellent with fresh orange juice

The hotel service is great so is their eating options. The only issue I found was with their parking accommodations if u are driving a large vehicle you will have difficulty moving around. Aside from that the hotel is great.

Very clean welcoming hotel. Large comfy beds & blackout curtains. Evening buffet was excellent value at €19 . Breakfast was included & all the food was of very good quality. My husband had a appointment at the IVO hospital dermatologist department & it was literally next door so we were very happy

Really liked the location, as it was near a shopping centre and a metro station. Also it was alongside the park and about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the best part of the city (I don't mind the walk through the park). Breakfast was great, as was the buffet diner. Service overall was very good and staff really friendly. It looked as if I was the only one enjoying the view from the balcony with a nice Rioja and a book. There really is just one thing that's a bit of a let-down. The room looks nice, but the floor is made up of tiles and the furniture is heavy. People drag the furniture, which makes a lot of noise. If you want to sleep in this might be problematic.

It was convenient, clean and comfortable. 20 minutes walk from the central area of Valencia. The breakfast buffet was amazing, fresh juices, fruits and great food.
