It was decent; nothing to complain about. Nice beach access has a shower when you're coming back in. I like that they have a specific elevator for going to the beach and to their pool.

You get what you pay for. Over all it was an ok stay.

2nd time staying here; went to hot tub that was too hot and pool was too cold; walked to the beach; restaurant close by; downside breakfast not that fresh

The hotel is in a great location beach is right at your back door the hotel path to beach is a bit near with wild shrubs growing but on side of hotel is a public access which is what we used. The 4 for clearness is the hot tube had some algae on side walls. It is an older place but not to bad has a restaurant right next door great for happy hour and breakfast.

Stayed for a week on vacation. Rooms were clean but older. Great spot for the price. Right on the beach. Walking distance from a lot of shops and places to eat. Super friendly staff and would definitely stay again. They are clearly working to update the rooms judging by the sounds of construction we heard every evening

Room was clean. No private dressing room was my only negative. Girls at the front eldest were extremely helpful and got us in our room much earlier than expected. Great walking path to beach. Cute little restaurant next door which had a great menu and drinks.

Needs new mattress, better pillows. Pool was dirty. Access to beach needs a better trail. Trail was full of weeds and mosquitos. Dirty, disgusting. My nephew was full of mosquitos.

We stayed here about 5 years ago and it was old and outdated. We were told they were going to start construction on it. We stayed there this wkend and the hotel is old and outdated with new paint. We have stayed here about 6-7 times and we never knew they offered breakfast!!! Breakfast was not fresh. Pools looked dirty. Door lock didn't work. Location is good. You can walk to near by stores. The TV/sitting area downstairs is nice.

Hotel is old and very outdated. The staff was okay but could be very pushy at times. The breakfast is a complete joke. Despite all that--The VIEW is AMAZING!! When you book here just keep in mind that you are paying for the view not a nice hotel room. It is acceptable accommodations but extremely overpriced. I might would stay here again when it is not a holiday weekend and prices were more reasonable.

As soon as I got their the front person was very nice and attentive we got their an hour earlier and she was kind to let us check in, this was very nice since I had my 2 grandkids a 5 year old and 2 year old

Although the hotel can use an upgrade, we appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It’s a good location and walkable to a few restaurants and stores. Most of the staff was great. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to breakfast. Not the best system for feeding people, and the ladies serving were not very friendly. Food was not the best.

It was a great location and great view. Only minus was that the property was dated. But, it was very nice!

we check in with two room at 2.30pm and around 4 o'clock at my son room the Manager came tell him to move out, let another customer move in his room, he very scare, because he is very ill and not a normal person, he got us to talk to the office they said that a human mistake, no big deal. they gave my son another room, but all his stub still in the old room, we have to ask the new move in to give back his personal belonging one by one, they even keep bottle water that we stock for our son.

It’s almost completely renovated and everything is almost new. The staff also change and everyone is kind and helpful. Great change for the best.

Great location near to a CVS and in the middle of the Island, great beach access, but Hotel is old, suite I stayed was terrible conditions with cockroaches, hard beds, very poor quality sheets and covers, not recommended if you are staying more than 1-2 days. Workers have excellent service in general, but paying $280 per day did not worth it.

Nice pool and the hot tub is large. Some cosmetic work should be done to update the rooms and the sand path to the beach needs to be kept up better.
