We had a really nice stay, it was only used as a base so was fine but room was small so not so luxurious, however bed and pillows were very comfortable. description says robes and slippers but we had to ask and still didn't get robes.
Front desk staff were all really professional and friendly and location was really good. Would say its a great stay for the price.

Very nice & friendly staff makes you feel special. The complimentary coffee & water bottles were a very nice touch. Great location, room was very clean. For sure I will recomend it, thank you!

Would not recommend staying here at all. Photos on website are misleading.This place truly is an upgraded hostel not a proper hotel. The room was small. The bathroom had a persistent mildew smell. They don't have short face towels, only long ones. You had to pay for breakfast. It wasn't complimentary for PAYING guests.There is no proper elevator. It is a very small, tight lift that barely fits one person and luggage. So if traveling with more than two people this place is a definite no. You enter through a dark dungeon like door and entry way and then have to take steps or the tight lift to get to the "hotel." As someone traveling, getting off flights and taking taxis, accessing the property was highly inconvenient and tiresome.
I had concerns the very day I placed the reservation online after reviewing the photos more intently and reqested the property release the reservation and refund my money. They refused. Greedy because the request to cancel was made well in advance of the trip and they could have gotten another guest. Poor customer service.
Will not stay here again. Very misleading and not accommodating at all.

The curtains couldn’t be shut all the way in the club room facing the pharmacy on the street. It potentially allows a view to the bathroom if the door isn’t shut.

Very much liked that they had A/C, not a lot of hotels do. Bed and bedding was comfy. While breakfast was not included, tea, coffee, water and ice was available. Train station was a 2 min walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay ago.

Super nice, friendly and helpful staff at front desk, all 4 of them for a 4 days stay. Hotel close to a large super market and fast food restaurants. They also provide free bottle of water and coffee which is very important.

The property was just "ok." Room was very small and there was no lobby or anywhere to go outside of the room to relax. I became ill and needed to change plans and hotel was not flexible with refunding one night even with advance notice. Would not stay here again.

Very slow check in process, and generally not very efficient. Never seen so many mosquitoes in my life - it was like Africa in this hotel. No other problem in the other hotels just this one. The city view room was nice, very big and good views but a bit more noise. Other smaller room had no view and much smaller but also very quiet. Good location but def not 9.2 kinda hotel.

Hotel is located about 100 yards from railway station so is convenient for travel along the coast. Beach is probably about a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes on the tram . Rooms are small but modern and comfortable.

Stayed there for 4 nights, beyond my expectations! The hotel and room are clean, staff are nice, breakfast is good though price is a bit high but you can always eat nearby. It is in a super convenient location, just steps away from the main train station. Recommend!

Chose this hotel for convenience to the station for overnight stay but only 10 to 15 minute walk to the old town and seafront. There is also a frequent tram service which are the only vehicles on the otherwise traffic free street. Couldn't fault it in any way. Would certainly recommend.

The staff was very helpful and the room was great. The lift is very small-barely two people with luggage can fit, but I guess it could just add to the charm of the building. It was odd to that it was nestled in between two fast food restaurants…but then again, looking on the positive I guess food was close by 😀. The tram and train station were steps away, very convenient
