I was aware of the construction that was taking place and it was not an issue or factor for my stay. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were all the same, and too hard for my preference. The furniture was dated and just "odd". Time did not allow for using the pool, but it did look inviting from the lobby.

It was a nice clean property. The staff was very nice. The rooms can use a little updating. Very noisey but that's expected when other families have small children. The groundskeeper really shouldn't start wacking weeds at 7 in the morning.

This property was great. The 2 bedroom space was good for my family and young adult kids. The amenities such as the pool, the hot tub and the breakfast with starbucks coffee was welcomed. My family also enjoyed their arcade.

We love the location to theme parks and restaurants, and the rooms are clean . This was our second stay here but we will be back.

Spacious apartment, big bedrooms. Great to have two bathrooms.
Clean, close to Publix and Disney and other parks. Gates before parking makes it feel safer. Nice pools. Slept well in the beds, icemachine in the freezer.
Would be nice to have room service with towel change at least once during 5 days…
A bit far to walk in the heat to the clubhouse and the pools. And annoying with the timeshare-selling at check in.

Really enjoyed our stay. Went on business but pools at the facilities made it feel lile vacation. Rooms were clean and apartment like. I stayed on a 2 bedroom suite. Did not get to try spa or sauna. Next time

The property is nothing close to what you see in pictures. Property is old, dusty, moldy and the carpet in the room have stains everywhere. They need to upgrade and clean this property asap.

The whole stay was a great experience. I loved their text feature which made requesting things like extra towels a breeze. All of the staff were great especially Maria at the front desk. The pools were huge and can easily handle crowds while you still feel that you have your space. Heads up. It is extremely difficult to turn left on either property exit. It can also be tough turn right sometimes as well. That’s really not the resorts fault, but it would be nice if there were a traffic light

The room had tons of space with a full kitchen that was perfect. The balcony was larger than expected overlooking the lake and pool. There were lots of activities for kids so we didn't need to leave the resort for entertainment. We will definitely stay here again!

Ideal for a mobile independent family of 4 or 5
Nearby everything a family needs, central to all parks. Very safe area with a lot of personnel rounds. I would recommend to all families I know when they plan an escapade in Orlando to visit the theme parks.

We loved most everything about this resort!
The pool areas were amazing and there was always some activity for the kids and adults to do. The staff were overly accommodating, pleasant and quick to help! The rooms were very accommodating and the beds were comfortable. The grounds were nicely kept. Sometimes service for food and drinks could be slow due to being understaffed, but wait times weren’t outrageous.
Our only complaint was that the rugs in both bedrooms were extremely dirty. I mean so dirty we had to wipe our feet multiple times daily if we walked barefoot on them because the bottom of our feet were black! Very black!
Having said that we would still consider returning in the future, but it would be nice if that one area could be addressed.

I really like this hotel but I was notify one day prior my stay that there was construction going on so I was unable to change my stay I was awake early after getting at the hotel 4 am in the morning. Also housekeeping was outside my door 1 hour before checking out not happy about it! I still do like this hotel!

I just wish they would’ve told us that they don’t come clean the rooms every day and that you would takeoff their own trash and the trash shoot. I thought that was a little odd not that I wouldn’t have done it. It just would’ve been nice if I would’ve known ahead of time at check-in
