Always a nuc stay, very convenient for medical trips.

Large sign on building 80% not lit at night so i had some difficulty finding. Told front desk did not seem to care. Rooms good, clean, good size , elevator, coffee and cookies in lobby, breakfast good choices but chairs are very short, check out is noon which helps some people. Good stay but fix your sign!!!

The room was clean and the bed was confortable. The breakfast was terrible. We arrived 1 hour before "closing time" and could just find scraps of scrambled eggs, no pastries, a couple of old bread slices, soluble cheap coffee, artificial orange juice, butter and jam. A lady came, picked up the eggs tray and left. We were waiting for more eggs, but she came back and just took the eggs label away. Same happened with the potatoes: there were just scraps, they took the tray and just told us that no more potatoes would be prepared/served. One hour to the end of the breakfast, we'd have no more eggs or potatoes, leaving us with just sliced bread as an option. People complained about the "pastries" tray being empty all the morning and a lady brought ONE waffle cut in 4 portions, and put it on the tray. Everything tasted old, stale and cheap. Very disappointing.

Good location in south London, close to downtown and hospitals. Clean, comfortable room.

Room is clean, bed comfy and surrounding clean. However, room service did not pick my calls and the building is NOT AT ALL secure. I expected to swipe my card to gain access after hours especially as there was seldom any receptionist at the lobby but the doors opened as I approached and I walked through the lobby to the stairs without seeing anyone.

I stayed here because I was attending a concert at Canada Life Place (formerly Budweiser Gardens). The hotel is located around the corner from the hospital, and the neighbourhood it’s in is quiet. The lobby is so cozy, and they had free cookies available for guests. Check in was easy. The room was awesome, I love that the floor was done in laminate and not carpet. The air conditioner worked very well. The bathroom was clean (I did not use the shower so I can’t speak to that). The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. I wish I had stayed for an extra night just so I could enjoy them for another day! I was worried the pillows would be too soft but for me they ended up being perfect little clouds. There was a fair sized mini-fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker in the room. It also had plenty of lighting and outlets available for charging. I did not notice if there was a USB-C charge port anywhere so make sure you bring a charging brick with you if you need that. The next time I visit London I will definitely be staying here again.

Stay was average. The person who checked us in seemed very unhappy about me checking in. The room was clean and overall nice but the pillows are terrible and thin and therefore made for a difficult nights sleep. Breakfast was not bad, had both cold and hot options. Did not see any other staff during my stay so I don't want to say that all the staff are not welcoming as I only interacted with the one at the front desk.

Arrived late in the evening after a stressful trip. I am ever-grateful for the upgrade to a Suite, and the chocolate chip cookies.
