Clean units ,

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was absolutely filthy. The lobby, the elevator and the general entrance area was disgusting and if I hadn't been so exhausted, I would have left immediately. My room had not been cleaned even though the front desk person insisted that it had. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It felt like we were in an old mop room with cement walls that were just painted over. The door to the bathroom barely closed past the toilet. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the curtains smelled so bad it woke me up every time I rolled that way in my sleep. Room was run down, nothing like the pictures on the website. Staff were friendly and efficient, floors were clean as was the bedding.

Lots of restaurants for dining. No fridge in room. 2 tiny pillows was not enough. Whole building could use renovations.

Needs more cleanliness, the room walls were dirty as well as we were not able to use the room phone as it was dirty and sticky. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk as well as the cleaning lady but nothing was done. Other than that the personnel was courteous and polite. Helpful when I ask for direction to go to a public transit stop. They have to improve the cleanliness and upgrade the building The bathroom sink and bathtub are very old.

The staff were the best thing about our stay. They were accommodating and had a good sense of humour.

I called earlier to confirm pur arrival will be 10 pm. Reception sa9n no problem. When arrived there was no one at the reception for 20 minutes. We waited 25 minutes to get in to our room. Also it was very noisy. Upstairs they were either dansing or jumping after midnight. We could not sleep until 1:30 am.

Everything was great. Bed was comfortable.

Nice place. Clean comfortable but the water was very noisey ( toilet shower etc)and we had people move in later in the evening with a dog and they were not very quiet

Staff were good and friendly. Decent place for a quick stopover. Trash outside was full and overflowing.

This hotel is very congruent with its rating and its reviews. There is nothing terrible about the hotel, yes it's a bit run down and rooms and washrooms could use a make over. They are very friendly towards pets which is great. Then reason i am giving such a low score is because of the following. My wife, I and my elderly parents stayed 1 night, 2 rooms, and for a reason that still is beyond me, at around 12 am when we were sound asleep someone working the night shift decided to call our rooms(both) because, according to this person, there was a "glitch " in their system and wanted to check our names?!! 12 am! And not to mention that the phone rings like a fire alarm, my wife and i both jumped out of the bed, it scared the soul out of us just to answer the phone and being told the before mentioned!. Who in their right mind think is a good a idea call a guest at 12 am "just to check " the names?!!! This totally disrupted our sleeping and it was so hard to fall sleep again and we had an early departure, totally ruined our night. Next morning i learned they also called my parents! When i brought this issue to the morning staff they had no idea what had happened, no one could give us a satisfactory explanation and i told them i had to write this review. They did nothing to try to compensate the bad experience. They need to try harder!

No comment. It met our expectations.

The bath tub drain doesn't drain properly . Only one pillow provided. No breakfast bar. Cobwebs in corners and dirt on floor you could feel when walking barefooted.

Needed a very late check in due to car trouble. Desk lady was cheerful and kind when we arrived at 2:30 am. Very comfortable beds and clean white sheets.

Bed comfortable, Plenty of parking, Chair in room hard wood chair, 3 holes ,tears in curtain, TV always turned on to Roku, had to log in but no password. Limited knowledge of electronics, had to figure out how to get it to switch to TV.

The room was very dated and tired looking. It was suitable for the price.

new and well kept motel, close to downtown area (10-15 min walk). Kids loved the restaurant across the street.

First room I was given was a disgusting mess razor blades and for some reason onion all over the floor. Was given another room lobby and elevator were also not clean not worth the price if your going to run a dive charge dive prices

During the night, we had "visitors" - a kind of bite. We dont know if it was a ladybug or another kind of bite (like bed bugs). Other than that, good place to stop and crash during a long road trip

Property needs to be upgraded, room needs painting and repairs. Outside needed garbage picked up and grass needed to be cut.

Seamless check-in and check-out. Clean room and linen. Will def stay again

My curtain was dirty sand bathroom had broken pieces. Ceiling caved in the hairdryer started smelling and stopped working bedroom window, not secure, not clean dirty tub took a video of the place.

I was surprised it didn’t have a Mircowave nor Mini Fridge in the room but either then that was good

Everything was fine and no complaints

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and it was not worth the price at all. The rooms seemed dirty, with hair all over the place, and the AC was not working properly. The lobby and elevator smelled awful. Both beds in the two rooms we booked made noise with even the slightest movements. Overall, it was a terrible stay and definitely not worth the expensive room rate.
