I love staying in a Hyatt hotel! It’s always a great experience. The staff are so friendly and the place is always nice and clean.

Excellent stay!

There is only valet parking here. No self parking, much like most of the downtown Seattle hotels. Good location, easy to find. Excellent staff and service.

Great location and amenities

We disembarked at 8 am and went straight to the hotel to drop off luggages before going sightseeing in Seattle. It was too early to check but they let us have an early checkin at 9 am! Amazing staff! At checkout Eugene even called a taxi for us! No hassle, location is great! We would stay again at Hyatt Olive 8 if we ever go back.

Room is very spacious and has been updated. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were all very low. Wish there are a few different options. The bathroom is also huge, but the door doesn't really seal because it's a barn door. A vent in the bathroom would be so much better. Overall, a decent stay in a convenient location.

Nice pool area

Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to everything we needed. I’d give it a five but the safety is a concern with the aggressive homeless on the streets of Seattle.

I thought this hotel was a very good value. The rooms were clean, the breakfast cafe was nice, and we loved using the pool and hot tub. This hotel is also centrally located. It’s a short walk to the fish market.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt at Olive 8. Brandon welcomed us at the front desk, offered us water on a hot weekend, and got us a fantastic room. We couldn't have been more pleased. The room was very clean and the views were wonderful. The facilities - like the lap pool, steam room and sauna were all included with the room - and were very nice and well cared for. They were not crowded even though the hotel was packed due to a gaming convention nearby. Location of hotel is great- a block or two to convention center and an easy walk to Pike Market, Capitol Hill or other neighborhoods with lots of food choices. There is a restaurant on site - Tidal - which looked nice - but we didn't have a chance to check it out even though the resort fee includes a $15 discount at that restaurant. They also have a pizza vending machine in the lobby which looked interesting and fun, but there were so many good restaurants around we didn't have room to try that out either - but noted you could order the pizza hot or cold. There are some homeless people around downtown like in many big cities these days , but the area still felt safe. We had a great weekend and want to thank Brandon and the Hyatt team for making our stay so enjoyable. This will be our go to hotel for future visits to Seattle.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. The area surrounding the hotel has declined in recent years. Aggressive unhoused population.

Close enough to shopping, restaurants and Pike Market, but not a chaotic area. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Great hotel option for a weekend or short work trip. Very central, easy to walk to transportation, and we really enjoyed walking up to Capital Hill restaurants. Good pool/steam/sauna facilities and easy food in the building.

This hotel offers valet only which was nice. They give you a 1 night $10 discount on it. They have a coffee and bagel shop along with a restaurant in the hotel. Walking distance from lots of things. Hotel was clean, quiet and you can definitely tell they take pride in how each room looks and feels. I would recommend and will be coming back.

Convenience and front staff service was excellent. Very helpful efficient and friendly.

The property was centrally located where you could walk to the public market and many other shops in the area. The staff and management were amazing. My stay was excellent. The recommend this property for business or family vacation stay. The inside gym is top notch and state of the art. I will return soon.
