This property was lovely and a great location. Very nice room and pleasant staff. Surprisingly quiet for the location. The only problem I had was communication. I had tried to contact the location before coming and never got a reply. Then when trying to check in the door was locked during check in hours. Thankfully another person was trying to check in too and they had a phone to call with. I did not have a phone that I could call with. Once called they immediately came a minute later. I would still stay here and would recommend others to.

Parking was a bit of a hassle but everything else was excellent. Close to sites and restaurants and pubs!

We loved our apartment we rented for two nights. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was excellent. The only downside was the parking. There is barely any street parking. You will most likely have to park about a 5 to min walk away.

Really helpful and friendly staff, and a clean room (a little on the small side) but without breakfast included we didn't feel this was great value for money.

Due to flight cancellations, we weren't able to spend much time here. However, we would love to return to this property. Everything was modern and clean, and the location is great. There is one problem that needs to be fixed, though. There is a light that automatically turns on every time you walk to the bathroom, and you can't turn it off. We woke each other up several times going to the bathroom at night.

Eyre Sq Townhouse was a very convenient location in the middle of everything we were looking to do. Pretty sure our rooms were upgraded as they were much bigger than anticipated. We were in the apartments across the street. Plenty of room for our larger group. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Check in/out was convenient. We were able to find parking right on the street. Dopped our bags off and hit the street to explore. Galway was a wonderful area to explore.

Had a bit of a scare when the fire alarm went off, but it turned out to be a false alarm

We had a lovely room and felt very comfy. Beatrice is an absolutely gem, so welcoming, nice and more than helpful!! The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't have the chance to hang a Do not disturb card on the door, so somebody came in our room and all towels were changed, even the ones which were not used, thats unneccessary and not ecofriendly!

No one at the property to help after 9 if you needed anything. It was very close to the main drag in galway. No parking near the place. Had to park about a 10min walk away.

One night overnight stay arrive late and leave early, on checkin was only in room for 15mins before leaving and noticed bed ssheets had stains on outside and unfortunately on the inside also but I was in such a rush for a family do I just left and arrived about back 1am, tv channels very minimum, be was comfortable just not clean and an odour from drains also. Gentleman at desk was lovely on check in and helped me get a taxi and directions to train station early the next morning. Its fine for a one night stay but a small upgrade to tv and cleanliness would make it so much better.

Really comfy bed. Not noisy despite being facing the street. 5 minutes from the bus and train station and fairly close to attractions and plenty of good bars.

Price, amenities, and location were all excellent. We arrived hours early for check-in, but it was no problem. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Within minutes walk to wide variety of nightlife and sites of historical interest. Very nice stay.

Great front desk people. However, walls were paper thin. And our shower drain didn’t work efficiently, so the portion of the shower overflowed into the bathroom.
