the first room was not clean at all.

I didn’t catch her name, but the young woman at check out was very nice.

the ac unit sounded as if it was going to explode. at exactly 3am an alarm in our room kept going off and when calling the front desk, NO ONE ever answered. the toilet also leaked EVERY time we flushed it.

The greeting from the staff was great.

The shower head you couldn't change the settings on it and the bath mat was dirty.

They gave me full refund because there was no hot water for the shower. THe manager listened to my complaints.

No milk for the cereal, no orange juice, skimpy selection of yogurts. If you are egg and sausage eater, you will do fine. The hot water for the tea was not hot enough. The breakfast area attendant advised that they did not have any milk. They gave me a handicapped room, which I did not request. The property is rundown and is not worthy of Hampton Inn name. While I was registering, I overheard that there was break in six cars the night before. Also, the registration area is more like a socializing place!

The staff was nice and friendly, the manager was really nice.

Couldn't really sleep, was on edge because cars was getting broke into. Had to keep getting up looking making sure the didn't bust my window. It was terrible. They need more security.

The desk clerk was very nice and friendly.

Female staff members only accommodations and are super extra friendly to MALE guest. The guy who checked me in was very kind! The women, yeah just do your job don't take the next women personally.

The difference between how people are treated.

Hampton inn is usually my favorite place to stay. When I travel I like to take a bath in the tub was dirty… And it had not been cleaned. I told the front desk about it upon leaving, only wanting the Hampton Inn stay the quality place it is. The manager emailed me and told me that I could have 50% off my next day. Knowing that I was not gonna stay at that location again I asked could I use it at any Hampton and he said yes. I went through Hilton To book a stay at home feeling And found that the manager did not follow procedure and I could not use his email for the this discount.

It was not the property to property was fine. It was the management practices.

the first room we had was 239 the water didn’t get hot so we called to the front desk and the lady put us in another room it was everything i expected it to be

There was nothing likable about this room

The place was filthy and smelled. The curtains were ripped and the had no extra blankets, towels, or rags! This is definitely not the Hilton brand I’m used to. This was definitely not worth what I was charged for this room.

front desk night person rude rooms were not clean tvs had to be swapped in multiple rooms upon arriving home from our stay 6 family members returned with covid and I’m sure it was due to poor cleaning of rooms
