They wanted to charge me an extra 50 dollars after I had already paid booking and havnt even gotten to the property yet

I understand they were very short staffed and those that did come to work tried to make it an enjoyable experience. We were there for a conference. The elevator wasn’t working on our first day and my room was on the sixth floor. Our continental breakfast, ( coffee, no cream or sugar, no tea, and only a package danish), conference breaks and lunch were late in being served. I sympathize with the staff that was working but I can’t recommend this location.

Seemed to have been a fairly new property, along the front desk area did not appear well maintained, staff were friendly, efficient, etc Staff were not professionally dressed, which I noted, but they were clean, knowledgeable, etc I plan on returning to Memphis very Christmas and may opt to return to booking.com and/or this hotel. Our vehicle was secured by a gate/security which was great, however I did not realize that the area would require this.

We were surprised that on the last evening we were there, our room was not serviced. We requested towels & coffee for AM and were given them within 10-15 minutes of the request. Learned that since Covid the hotel only cleans rooms every other day. Our room was cleaned 2 days in a row, but not the third day. I was told it was communicated to me by booking.com. Please advise.
