Smells. Rooms smell like smoke. Weird back alley location. Old.

Zimmer waren ok. Endlich mal ein Hotel mit einem super Duschkopf. Sonst ein typisches amerikanisches Mittelklassehotel.

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Trotz noch 30 Minuten Frühstückszeit war fast alles aus. Es wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Nur noch trockenes Toast, Marmelade und Honig vorhanden. Keine Milch, Joghurt oder Früchte. Ich kenne das typische amerikanische Hotelfrühstück aber das geht gar nicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Am zweiten Tag funktionierten die Zimmerkarten nicht. Die mürrische Dame an der Rezeption hat die Zimmerkarten neu kodiert ohne irgendeine ID zu verlangen. Hätte irgendeine Zimmernummer angeben können. Unglaublich. Der Mülleimer im Bad wurde beim Housekeeping entfernt. Warum? Keine Ahnung. Der Aschenbecher und Mülleimer vor dem Eingang waren überfüllt und wurden nicht geleert. An der "Raucherbank" vor dem Haupteingang lagen haufenweise Zigarettenkippen herum. Das gefällt auch mir als Raucher nicht.

The location from Downtown Memphis was about 20 minutes. Fine for my purposes.

They did not have reservation although it was confirmed. They ended up putting a new reservation and charging me $50 extra than quote.

Loved the friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable bed, the corner suite, the flavored creamer and the cookies in the afternoon! Breakfast was good.

My only negatives are: the omelettes were a little overcooked, and we saw very few people wearing masks.

The breakfast was amazing, the best eggs and cinnamon rolls of any place I have stayed. They also bake the best choc chip cookies I have ever had! Elmira and Dorenda were exceptional! We were so well cared for and treated just like family and will never stay anywhere else in Memphis. We love this place

Hey me and my sister paid for a room for my nephew birthday so long story short the manage Roshan ask me and my sister only 4 people can stay and the room which I book for 2 Adults and 4 kids cause he seen I brought more kids like 4 more so I politely told him all them wasn't staying he said ok cause we came to swim to so around 7:58 he came to my room I laying down with my new born baby so he told me it's too many people in my room he going call the police so I got out the bed to go to the Front desk see what's going on he told me same thing when he came to the do I ask why call the police when you knew how many kids I had when you check us end and I ask before he got my money is it's going to be a problem cause we go somewhere else cause he already rude we he seen how many kids it was if it was going be a problem why book and take my money the pool don't close into 9 o'clock this is very unprofessional and you one of the Manager he really Roman my baby birthday cause if you didn't want us there you should've said that then the room was nasty we had stand and the wall way so they clean our room our tv wasn't working call about that told us they going give us discount off our room asked about it he told us he will think about it I will not recommend nobody to this hotel very rude and unprofessional.
