Margaret and Sandy were excellent and gracious hosts! They even volunteered to give us a ride to the city centre. Room was great, breakfast was delicious. Wonderful stay! Thank you!

Dunhallin was a very lucky find. If possible, I would give it 11/10. I stay over a lot in Inverness and I'll certainly use Dunhallin again. Friendly and welcoming hosts, Room was well appointed and warm, clean and comfortable. Onsite parking and easy access to the city centre. Great range of breakfast choices and excellently presented. Room was spacious and the quiet area made sleeping easy. I really appreciated the little touches which added to the comfort, such as fresh milk for teas and coffees, a range of teas in the room and hot chocolate and biscuits. For me, this is top of the tree for Inverness, and I highly recommend Dunhallin.

Sandy and Margaret are the friendly owner of this amazing guesthouse. We had a fantastic welcome by Sandy. Our room was super, with real fresh milk on the wee fridge! The breakfast is massive and the granola with yogurt and honey was..... Incredible! They also have lots of details in the breakfast. Of you love books, they have a fantastic library with a couple of sofas for relaxing and enjoying some readings. We will come back soon!

Margaret and Sandy and Christine were lovely and the breakfasts were fabulous.

Margaret is a lovely hostess with a charming B&B with large, beautifully decorated rooms and tasty breakfast options.

Beds were comfortable and the place was exceptionally clean. The rooms were large and the owners were super nice and welcoming. We loved our stay there.

We had a very nice and large room under the roof and niche welcome and breakfast - this is what you expect and like with B&B. Almost within walking distance is the 3 Witches family restaurant / pub. Of course downtown Inverness is within short reach if you look out for more. Thus, a place with all options.

The owners were lovely. The room was large and very comfortable and hte breakfast was excellent. On the morning we had to leave early, they packed us a lovely breakfast to take with us. We were very pleased to stay here. Julie and Rod

We had a great two night stay at Dunhallin House. Room had everything we needed. Easy walk to groceries and dinner. Easy access to major thoroughfares heading out of town. Comfy and quiet room for resting. Thanks to Host for loaning us a cable we needed. It really helped. Breakfast was delicious.

Lovely to be hosted by Margaret and Sandy. They keep a perfectly tidy and clean home that is configured like a fine 5 room hotel. Professionally serviced and cared for and fed an amazing breakfast as well. Nothing lacking. Would definitely stay with them again

Dunhallin House was a wonderful stay. The home is lovely and inviting, our room was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Margaret and Sandy are very gracious and helpful hosts, and the breakfast options are amazing! The Dunhallin House is a little over a mile away from the city centre, basically about a 30 minute walk. If walking isn't your thing, you can easily call for a cab if you don't have a car.

The hospitality provided by Margaret and Sandy was amazing. From the very warm welcome to the delicious breakfast, from the cosy 'huge' bedroom to the extremely comfortable bed. Everything was perfect. If in Inverness again, would definitely stay at Dunhallin House. 5 Stars!

Had a lovely stay. Margaret was lovely and so welcoming . The room was really big and immaculately clean, with crisp clean tasteful bed linen. Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend to family and friends and if back in the area I would 100% book here

Wonderful hosts, comfy rooms and delicious breakfasts!

We loved Dunhallin House! Margaret and Sandy are welcoming and helpful hosts, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! Breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. The porridge was the best we’ve ever had and the large bowl of all fresh fruit salad is not to be missed! Very convenient to downtown Inverness in a quiet neighborhood.

The property manager, Sandy, greeted me at the door and was so welcoming. I immediately felt at home. Our stay was short, but it was very easy and in a convenient location.
