We had a longer stay and were very happy with our unit. The owners had put in a lot of personal touches and it was spacious and comfortable. We had restricted views of the beach.
We did visit another unit in the letting pool lower down and were grateful we were not given it. It was very closed in.....
Our reservations for this property is the pool areas are not well maintained or very attractive. While we were there I don't think the indoor pool area was cleaned at all and there was certainly evidence of long term grime? It would seem the management are not on top of the maintenance?
Staff were helpful but not engaging. YMMV

The apartment was spotless and perfectly appointed.
Everyone we meet be they owners, holidaymakers. Or the team, were really friendly.
The weather was awful, but we made good use of the indoor heated pool.
Just can not fault this as a holiday destination, and will definitely be back.

Excellent apartment. Opposite from guarded beach and a very short walk from Tedder Ave where all nice Eateries and shops are. Convenient location to visit theme parks and all the attractions in GC, but quiet enough to relax. We had a very pleasant stay and would love to stay again.

The property was beautiful . Our apartment was freshly renovated. The decor was lovely, apartment was Extremely well stocked , kitchen was the best stocked l have ever stayed, even down to glad wrap. Our only problem was the bed could have been more comfortable.

Definitely best in class. Our apartment was recently renovated and everything was great. Very comfortable beds, hot strong showers, well equipped kitchens. Reception was above and beyond helpful on all our needs. Would definitely go back.

Great place to stay with kids. Close to beach, stores, train. Has pool, tennis and gym to keep everyone busy. Accommodation was huge with everything we needed including laundry in the unit. I would definitely stay here again!

No complaints about Sunbird Beach Resort. The location was excellent. The customer service was polite and very helpful. The room was spacious, well appointed, exceptionally clean and comfortable. With squash, tennis, BBQ, pool etc as well as close to the beach, Sea World and shopping, it is without doubt our choice to stay here again on our next trip to the Gold Coast.

Staying at Sunbird Beach Resort is always a pleasure. We have stayed there 3 times now and each time has been wonderful. The apartments are always clean and well maintained. The indoor pool and spa are beautiful and the location is just perfect. The beach is only a short stroll away, there are yummy cafes within a few blocks and it’s also close to a big shopping complex.

I arrive at 4pm to check in and there was no one at reception, Luckily there is an emergency button, enable me to get instruction to get my entry card. Bed is soft for me. The place was good facing the ocean. Overall was great
