Absolutely lovely place to stay, made feel very welcome by the really nice staff who were very polite friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and very comfortable and the food was amazing. Tiny little downside is no fridge in the room.

I've stayed here a couple of times now and will definitely return. The team are amazing, it's so peaceful and relaxing yet only a short tram ride to the main attractions/shopping locations of Blackpool. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are lovely, cooked to order which is fab. Great lounge areas too. Highly recommended.

This is a good unpretentious budget hotel in Blackpool, which features, free full breakfast - cereals and Full English, en suite bathroom, tea & coffee facilities etc, and also free onsite parking. The room was very clean and tidy, and all the staff were cheerful and excellent. A good service was given by them. The thing which spoilt it for me, was being late Summer the room was warm - however the windows would only open 3 cms, so no sea breezes could cool the room, and it was uncomfortable sadly.

Good comfortable stay. Very helpful staff Free parking. Good local knowledge of how to use local amenities. Room comfortable some up dating would be good. A little out dated lacked tlc. Ok for my two night stat. Food service excellent

The Headlands Hotel was amazing! The rooms were clean, comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, right by the sea front, easy to get around using the Tram. The stuff were wonderful, very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. The views from the rooms were stunning including a balcony area in some rooms. My girlfriend and I travelled to Blackpool from Ipswich to collect a Handcycle I won on Ebay. We turned it into a short break and had an amazing time at Blackpool and the Headlands hotel played a massive part in that. We went to Blackpool Zoo, eat at the Velvet Coaster (Wetherspoons) and spent a large amount of time at the three piers and the Coral Island arcade. Both my girlfriend and I can't wait to go back.

What a little gem of a hotel! Would recommend a stay at The Headlands. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our experience a good one! We stayed during the weekend of Storm Dennis and when arriving back to the hotel after a long wet and windy day at Blackpool Pleasure Beach (which is a short walk away from the hotel) our coats were whisked away to dry!! Breakfast is fantastic and we had a 3 course dinner on our second night that again was great! Cosy little bar and games area (including darts and pool!). Thanks again Headlands team for a fabulous weekend we will definitely be back!!!

Great little hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff, only complaint was the room was cold at night with a draft through the window and thin duvet. Would recommend and stay agin in the summer.

The hotel was easy to get to and th re was plenty of parking spots. We were a family of 4. The breakfast was superb and we had a very good choice to choose from. The room was clean and was big enough except around the double bed which was in an alcove, so was quite tight to get into bed without crawling over it. There was a lift there but was very narrow, so we preferred to walk up the stairs. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if we return to Blackpool.

Arrived early Friday and the staff couldn’t of been any more helpful and pleasant, greeted with a warm welcome and let us check in. The rooms and ensuite were spacious and tidy, the bed one most comfiest I have slept on. Headlands Hotel is the perfect location for exploring Blackpool with free parking and tram stop only few minutes walk, but quiet enough to relax on evening. Will definitely be booking here again for my next Blackpool visit..

I stayed for 2 nights and found this hotel to be very comfortable and clean.The staff were all extremely friendly and very helpful.All food was, excellent,fresh and hot.Would definately go to this hotel again.

Staff were excellent and very friendly. Only problem was the WiFi which was very very poor. The room we were in had a big draft coming from the window which made a lot of noise at night and made us cold. Apart from that, everything was great.

Nice breakfast comfortable bed good location for pleasure beach, property does need upgrade also no hot water in shower but could take a hot bath room cold in mornings with only small radiator and with torrential rain and wind was a small leak top of window, but I actually do like the hotel and had a good stay with my daughter in twin room, and guy at front who checked us in was nice,

Oberall fab no complaints apart from a usb plug as i forgot mine . Had to charge it off the tv
