What a great, clean stay ! Staff were very accommodating, with everything required nearby . Can’t wait for our next stay at this property .

The apartment was huge and well appointed. Comfortable bedding and good shower.
Property location is good, easy to get an Uber.
Parking was a bit of a pain as you have to check in prior to being able to access the carpark and there wasn’t a lot of parking spot vacant to do so.

The Burbury is always a lovely place to stay. I went with my very fussy mother this trip, and she loved it.

The property was of a good quality in a good location.
There is no food service on the premises but there is a restaurant immediately across the road where you can charge to your room. Breakfast was good, but expensive.
Overall a very nice hotel.

Very quiet and within walking distance to the lake, Parliament House and Manuka shops. The apartment was lovely and serviced every day. We will stay there again.

Front office staff friendly and efficient. Pillows in room way to fat and hurt my neck.
Had to ask for thinner ones second night which they did supply me with . Restaurants and coffee shop are not in the actual building , but across the road in another building . Now room service after 9pm. As I arrived at hotel after 9pm the restaurant across the road was closed by the time I found it and no room service . Awoken at 5.30 am by multiple slamming doors in hallway next to my room as large group of backpackers from several rooms beside mine departed early .

Room was a good size for a studio. Towels were fluffy and the bed linen seemed to be high quality.
I really liked the navy blue bathrobe. It was very thick but soft.
We didn’t use the hot tub as we were told it is located across the road in the Realm Hotel.
Easy car parking under the hotel ($15) with lifts to every floor.

We stayed in the deluxe two bedroom apartment and found a cockroach in one of the "fresh" towels, it jumped right out.
I reported it to the front desk and all we got was a "sorry, that's not usually our standard".
Extras:
In addition, I ordered amenties and had received confirmation they would be delivered but never came.
It was also difficult to find a way out of Apartment 1 other than walking out across the parking lot.
The heating was very difficult to work and manage the settings.
The wifi connection did not work.

Hotel provided upgrade to suite after previous stay was less than comfortable. Staff were amazing and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Small issue with the TV which would not stay off, lighting up the bedroom randomly. Had to disconnect the power. Maintenance not able to resolve.

Loved the choice of areas to dine and drink..convenience of being on site .Safe parking.i feel the rooms need a little updating as we have stayed here a few times over the last 5years and have stayed in the same room (which I like that room!) but have noticed a few things need repair in the bathroom and curtains don’t really pull back or close properly..very minimal but sometimes little things matter.Great bed very comfy!
