The good: Staff helpful, fast and convenient check in, very clean areas everywhere
The very bad: no remote for heater or tv available until I requested it, terrible Bed, lot of noise (renovations taking place since very early in the morning), terrible lighting, very dark room and bathroom.
When I checked out a day earlier no question was asked by receptionist

Just one thing, it take to long to get hot water, is a waste of water in order to get hot water in the shower.

La entrada no es visible, no hay señalamientos, no hay iluminación, no hay personal recibiendo a los huéspedes. Los interiores están pobremente señalizados y prácticamente no hay luz en los pasillos. El baño está en malas condiciones. Las toallas están viejas, rotas y percudidas. No había agua caliente ni por la noche ni por la mañana. Muy mala experiencia en este hotel. En la zona hay por lo menos otros 5 ó 6 hoteles de precio similar, que con seguridad probaría antes de regresar a este establecimiento.

Rooms have air conditioning. Pool is open, relatively clean, ~4 feet at the deepest. Entrance a little difficult to find easily missed. Quiet, not crowded. A good stay.

It was a good rate and the room was clean. Fast check in and out experience. The pool and games area were superb but the gym was in really poor shape. The restaurant lacked food options.

The hotel is under remodeling and it wasn't advertised when I reserve.

The hotel grounds are beautiful with indoor manicured gardens, sculptures and beautiful decors and space. My room was an executive suit and was ok, but could take an update. Overall was clean, practical and comfortable.

For the price, it was just ok. I didn't have anything to hang the towels in the bathroom and/or the room itself and there was just little water to take a shower and had to wait way too long before getting hot water. The water in the pool was very cold and I found there were not enough facilities for the guest if we compare with other hotel with the same price per night. The staff should smile to guests and be more helpful.

The hotel personnel is very nice and responsive. The on site restaurant staff are very polite. The food is good.

Very clean, pretty comfortable. There is a Hacienda feel to this place. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The front desk even helped us to find a reputable Taxi driver for our trip back to the Mexico City airport.

We chose this hotel for an overnight stay because of its good reputation and the fact that it is just a short taxi ride away from the bus station. When we arrived the hotel, we found it was even nicer than expected. It is a well maintained property and the rooms are spacious and very clean. We had dinner at their onsite restaurant and found the food to be well prepared and tasty. (We chose Mexican specialties.). The service in both the restaurant and bar, and also at the front desk, was friendly and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

It's am accesible placer with very good location, the design and decoration is very nice. It's a quiet, clean and there are a fabulous musical ambientation in the restaurant.

The rooms air conditioning did not work correctly AND the hotel is extremely humid and warm as there is not enough ventilation. The rooms are modern and clean but most of the hotel feels like a sauna because it is poorly ventilated.

The hotel is under construction work, very dusty, the pool area smells bad, at night one window was making a lot of noise making impossible sleep.

Staff was always very attentive. Beautiful hotel with lovely gardens, excellent cafe and restaurant and wonderful service. Enjoyed the hotel amenities, especially the pool and gym. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pretty good all around, they should fix the bullet holes in the outside windows. Pretty centralized location to main roads and the galleria.

Stayed here with my family and two toddlers, was a great stay, delicious breakfast and beautiful hotel grounds. I wish we'd had had time to use the swimming pool.

The hotel needs renovation. Bathroom doesn't look clean, the walls need paint. I had issues to open the main door lock with the card key, and the staff didn't attempt to repair it. The room doesn't have good noise isolatation, so it is hard to get rest in there (music from the bar stopped passed 11:00PM).
The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff is very friendly.
