I would stay here again, it wasn't expensive, staff was very helpful and kind. You get what you paid for.

Had a wonderful stay for 2 nights (Sat and Sun.)at this Motel 6. The staff were the most friendly, hospitable, welcoming, and helpful of anywhere i have stayed. Eager to assist in many ways! ie. Help with my luggage/trolley, booking a cab, orientation with local amenities,... just lovely (even excitedly asking about how my gf surprise birthday went upon my return). My room was modest & suitably appointed, very clean and tidy too! The property, the same (and located close to everything too!). Very pleased & will definately return again. Certainly recommend to others, as well. Thank you front desk staff and housekeeping ... you are very kind! Appreciate you!

The walls on the room were dirty the bottoms of the toilet kept leaking leaving a yellow stain if i didn't clean it and the carpet floor could use a clean up that staff itself was fine i had a wonderful experience checking in and out.

AC was broken in our room and they moved us immediately. Pool was good for the kids. A bit run down in certain ways but was good for a nights stay.

Always love staying here when in London. The pet policy is fantastic and we always find it cool to see all the dogs knowing this place is also meant for them. There's even a great spot behind the property to give the pets some grass to play on. Staff are always super friendly and accommodating. We'll be back.

Customer service was pleasant and friendly. Room was dirty. Stains on the walls. Overall cleanliness was poor. The blow dryer started to smoke when I used it. It was replaced right away.

The AC in the hotel had issues during my stay

The hotel staff was friendly and helpfull. Our room was clean but could use some upgrades in the room as new flooring. Other than that it was very nice.

The pool was gross, the bathroom didn't have a fan, the toilet seat didn't even fit the bowl, there were stains all over the carpet and the air conditioner was loud. The staff was very friendly at least.

Had to wait 2 hours past check in time to finally get a room...

There was a strong perfume smell in the first room, they moved us to a new room with less fragrance and you could smell the musty smell from the carpets. My husband had difficulty breathing We were unable to spend are secomd night there we had to leave and we still had to pay for the two nights

Room was ok. Hallway wasn’t air conditioned. Fridge had to be swapped, the maintenance man was good. Pool was awful. We didn’t stay the next night.

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel, but one of the problems was the lack of a gym, and another thing, it would have been much better if there was a coffee maker there for guests.

Room was 30 degrees celcius and couldn’t sleep

We were a group of nine women from Toronto, with a reservation for three rooms at the hotel. We planned our trip to participate in a cultural event in the city. Upon checking in, we discovered that the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working. After much insistence and three hours after our arrival, we were moved to a new room. We attempted to use the hotel pool, but it was very dirty and filled with disrespectful teenagers playing ball while families and we were trying to cool off. The environment was unsanitary, the water was cloudy, and there was no staff presence to ensure a safe environment. We gave up on the pool and left. When we returned from the event at 11 pm, we couldn't access our rooms as the doors wouldn't open. From 11 pm to 1 am, we waited in the fourth-floor hallway while numerous attempts were made to access the rooms. The next morning, the manager did not offer the expected apologies for the inconvenience and disruption. Instead, he ignored our account, initially seemed unaware of the situation, despite being in contact with staff the previous night, and refused to offer any compensation for the trouble during our stay. We do not recommend this accommodation to anyone. The management appeared to be inadequate, irresponsible, and indifferent to the needs, rights, and expectations of the guests, which in our view is unacceptable. Terrible experience!

Nice motel

Pool needs to be properly cleaned. Bathroom had lots of stains and wasn't the cleanest. But you get what you pay for.
