Everything was great

Stayed here to be near the streetcar to get to the airport. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. A bit pricey for what is offered in my opinion but Zürich is a pricey place.

Mega convenient hotel close to airport and only 30 mins from central Zurich by tram. Room was clean and a good size. Comfortable bed. Airplane noise mainly eradicated by shutters and thick curtains. Hotel gym was surprisingly good. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Needs major renovation and staff was very rude. Only one lady at reception desk was good at least. Rest terrible

Friendly staff make the hotel, always a smile. Comfortable rooms, nice bar area. 10 minutes from the airport on the tram or 30 minutes if you fancy a walk

Overall property is fine for a quick layover trip but isn’t located near anything.

There was nothing to like about that place.

The hotel is advertised with air-conditioning. It does not. I called and asked for a fan as I was ill. They don’t have fans. My daughter bought me bread so I could eat a piece of toast in the middle of the day to settle my stomach. They told her at reception that the toaster was put away, so they couldn’t help her. I booked a 3rd night and they called 3 times the second day to tell me I needed to check out. Before I could even respond, they’d say, “Oh, you have the room another night.”

This property is approximately 2.3 kilometres from the airport so in that regard it’s convenient. The train passes at the back of the property and aircraft fly over the top so if you’re sitting outside for dinner or breakfast it’s noisy. However you don’t hear any noise whilst sleeping. The young lady at check in was very helpful as were the wait staff at dinner. However, there was an older man at the desk in the evening that was dismissive towards my husband. The wait staff at breakfast were not helpful at all. Also if you use the shuttle service “Check in always “ they are unreliable & one driver in particular drove very fast and unsafe. We had an issue in the morning as our tour company actually came to the hotel and asked for us but the staff did not ring us in our room to advise they were here. Overall our room was clean and comfortable. The pillows are very soft resulting in your head falling through to the mattress.

Our stay on July 10th was not so pleasant. Hotel was overbooked and a ton of kids were running around talking loudly at midnight. Internet didn’t work and the night shift staff was not knowledgable at fixing the problem. We asked for an electric water boiler for our room and didn’t receive any. Pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on. Food at the restaurant was meh…

We unfortunately had a very bad experience. The staff during check in was great. We were even able to check in about 30 min early. Wehad to check in and leave right away, so didn’t spend much time in the room. We got back to the hotel late, around 1 am. Only 1 light in the room worked, along with the bathroom. The lamps, ac, tv and outlets were not working at all. I tried to call down but I don’t believe the phone worked either. It was late so we just went to sleep. Just a heads up- they give you 1 small pillow per person for the bed. Checkout was at 12:00, yet at 10:45 we had someone knocking on our door (even though we had DND sign up), it was housekeeping. They knocked again at 11:40 and started opening up the door. I explained my frustration at checkout but there was nothing that they offered/could do as we were leaving right away.

The area near the airport isn’t great. But the train to downtown is a 2 minute walk.

Staff was helpful, informative, and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Great service in the bar and at breakfast. Rooms had great air conditioning, were a nice size and everything worked great! Overall a very god stay!

Confusion around the hotel bus shuttle. According to signs at airport, should have been Check-inn All-ways service, but two times that bus just passed by without stopping, so I waited 45 minutes to no avail, then had to take (and pay) for a taxi. According to staff #1at the hotel, that shuttle service should have stopped and was intended to be used. But according to staff #2, there is no current agreement with Check-inn All-ways. Note: two hours after my arrival, and unaware of my experiences, my wife used that bus shuttle without problems…

My only complaint would be the pillows and scratchy sheets. Otherwise our hotel stay was very good. Re the restaurant we were very disappointed. The service was very friendly but the food was really spicy. Even after we told them of our spice sensitivity and asked them for help they brought us food we couldn‘t eat but had to pay for. Really disappointing!

We stayed here one night before our flight back to the US. The location is great - just a few minutes from the airport. Here are the pros to the hotel: -Close to the airport -Friendly staff - very helpful -Had a room with kitchenette and dishwasher' -Clean bathroom -Easy in/out parking garage And there are some cons: -Hallway carpet seems worn and has stains -Pots and Pans were not clean - we had to scrub them and run through the dishwasher before use -Bed had paper thin sheet over the mattress - with visible stains. In addition, the pillows compressed down to the size of a folded shirt - and offered no comfort - and only one per person (no spares in the cabinets). Overall OK place to stay close to the airport to catch a flight and cook your own food. Since the main purpose of a hotel is comfortable sleep - my recommendation to the hotel is to focus on more bed comfort and cleanliness for the guests.

The hotel was a bit weathered but clean and the staff was responsive. One side of the hotel is adjacent to railroad tracks and it would have been better to have had a room on the other side. A big surprise was the small restaurant in the hotel lobby where the food was excellent.

Shuttle did not arrive for pick up at Air port in the night 11 PM for more than ine hour. Hotel kept telling it will come, it will come. Finally after one hour I took taxi by paying 25 CHF to come to Hotel. For Check in in Hotel took another one hour as there was long que for check in. Avoidable Hotel due to this reason.

Great place to stay neat the airport. They made it very convenient to get back to Zurich or to the airport. Excellent place to stay!

We booked two bed room. Unfortunately, hotel provided one bad plus one small sofa bed.

The front desk agent Dom had attitude with every answer, VIP benefits wasn’t honoured until told. Pillows in the room were extremely soft. Cleanliness was 10/10 though. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Loved this location! It was very convenient to travel to the airport and all our other planned excursion, Staff are very helpful and provide a lot of insight to visitors. Would recommend. Only concern was the AC in the room didn't function well so it would get very hot, only a small concern. Overall, loved our stay!

Great comfortable stay. I recommend

Hotel is located near to tram station, very convenient to travel to city n airport. The air conditioning in the room is not working properly thus making our stay not comfortable. Room is warm n stuffy despite our numerous efforts to adjust the AC. Even asked the cleaner to help but failed Our room was not cleaned despite the fact that we left the tag on the door knob to clean just before we went out to city in the morning. The room was not cleaned when we returned in the evening. Rang up reception to contact housekeeping to just replace towels n replenish toilet n tissue papers.
