Very central location and reasonably priced

Everything was perfect! The staff was super helpful & super friendly from beginning to the end of our trip. The two bedroom Villa was very nice & very clean! Hugh bedrooms & huge kitchen & living/dining room! Location was a plus. We went to 3 different beaches in 3 days & 2 nights! We wish we could have stayed a few more days! Very nice & friendly & safe neighborhood. Recommended stay for anyone!

Such a nice low-key place for my family. Quiet, secure, clean and near the beach. Certainly a bit older (I felt like I was in an episode of golden girls :) but clean, spacious, and everything in working order. Front office staff was very helpful and friendly. They had cruiser bikes for use and strainers to find shark teeth at the beach. Fantastic value for me and my family. Earlier in the week we stayed at a very high-end hotel in Orlando, however my kids all vote for us to go back to the Villas at Venice Beach should we go back to Florida.

Pleasantly surprised at how they’ve thought of everything you might need for a stay at the beach. The room was spotless and the grounds nicely planted and maintained. Our new Venice spot to stay.

Convenient to beach and downtown. Friendly staff.

The property is in a very good location. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping in downtown Venice. The room that we stayed in is pretty basic. Barely a ‘fully’ stocked kitchen. Smaller refrigerator. No counter space. Small two person table. Some updates needed: tiny toilet, scalding shower, lumpy bed.

Being honest I’m indifferent concerning our stay. The location is perfect to be walking to shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Which is the reason we tried Venice Beach Villas. However, the units themselves are tiny and outdated. Our unit had a mildew smell that was very strong. I have an allergy to mold n mildew and first night my eyes swelled almost shut. You could not sit anything on the counter, when we arrived we found ants all over and consequently threw the coffee, sugar and creamer they left for us away. Hot water took a very long time and very little water pressure. It’s located in a beautiful area no matter.

Very nicely cared for property, clean, comfortable and nice amenities in rooms like comfortable beds, soft towels, nice kitchen utensils. What needs to be replaced is the microwave as it's from the dark pages and is absolutely not used friendly. Also, there needs to be one handicap parking spot in the parking lot. Overall the staff was very helpful and friendly and would recommend to other travelers.

The Villas were clean and bright and comfortable. Overa but a bit small. The bathroom was very small and water pressure could be stronger.

Great location within waking distance to Venice Beach’s shopping and dining district. Also within walking distance to beach. We had a studio room and it was clean and comfortable. They have a nice pool which I intended to use but never got to try it. They provide coolers and beach chairs and other things for you to borrow for the beach. They also have a complete binder in the room that provides lots of info on the area and local dining. It’s not a “luxurious resort” but if you are looking for a nice, clean place that is affordable, then Venice Beach Resort is perfect for you. When you are on vacation you don’t spend much time in your room anyway…there is too much exploring, swimming, shopping, and eating to do! We hope to be back!

Very quaint and perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and into the historic district

A small quiet facility close by some of the most beautiful FL beaches. It is SO clean and well-maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful. So many thoughtful and free amenities-grills, beach chairs, shark teeth sifters, bikes, books, etc. There was also a very informative and helpful guidebook-something rarely seen these days, but much appreciated. Walking distance to downtown and a beach too.

I love staying here. It is quiet, safe and the place is really clean. Everybody is so nice. This is the third one I staid in and they all have been great. They make it feel like home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villas. We will definitely stay again. Room was spacious and very clean. The pool was nice and clean, the lounge chairs were in great shape and comfortable. They had bicycles you can use to get around (which we did). It's in a great location in Venice. Wonderful spot for a getaway or family vacation.

This place is amazing! It has everything you need from a comfy bed, two televisions so you can watch in the living room or in bed, large shower, plenty of towels, a full albeit compact kitchen, dining table, everything you need for beach including bikes and coolers, great pool, outdoor shower, electric car charging port, and wonderful staff!

I don’t usually write a comment. But the service and location and cleanliness was 100% on and is deserving of a good word . We hope to go back next year maybe a few more nights . Everything you needed and more in my opinion , very welcoming :)

Big comfortable room, stayed during the hurricane so I didn't get to use the amenities, but they were very sweet to me during it

Wonderful place to stay.

Our second time here and it was again a wonderful time! The room is immaculate, the pool area and pool were very clean and relaxing. A really well kept property. We enjoy its quaint style and opportunity to meet people from different places. It’s a quiet to enjoy. The staff are the best!! So close to Venice Beach and the Old town district for browsing stores and eateries. We’ll return many times.

Clean, neat and all amenities as listed. At arrival we we shown all the amenities and escorted to our room. Very pleasant experience. Walking distance to Main Street area. Close to beaches.

Excellent location, quaint villas, perfect for our 2 night trip.

We loved everything about our stay here, from the people and community to the amenities and nearby shops and activities. The only thing we would wish to change would be to not take so long for us to get there! We will be back as often as we are able!!

Small multi unit place but perfect for our two day getaway. Venice beach very close by. Property was clean and well stocked. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We enjoyed the ability to use the shark tooth finding items available to borrow from the pool area for the beach. Also had bikes avail although we did not use.Pool was clean. Property was quite.

We loved our stay here! The location is walkable to both the beach and the shops and restaurants. The condo was well stocked and comfortable, and the pool was clean and just the right temperature. I really appreciated the extras, like bicycles to use, gas grills and picnic area, swim noodles and beach chairs, even a sand sifter for sharks teeth. Thanks, Ken, for making our stay a special one. We hope to return!
