Old dilapidated building.

Location is great, staff was lovely and friendly. We loved vienna and we'll visit again. We will definitely stay in this otel again. You will not gonna regret.

This hotel was fantastic. There isn’t a staff onsite so keep in mind you can’t just come in early and check bags or ask someone questions at the desk but I had a very early flight in and they were reachable through the app and they worked with me on check in time and were extremely pleasant. I was overjoyed by the room. I expected smaller and a tiny bed but it was spacious with high ceilings very comfy bed and bedding. There is a wonderful cafe across from the hotel really good coffee and pastries. Wonderful location a 4 minute walk to St. Stephen’s. 13 minute walk to Vienna State Opera house.

This room was spacious for two people and very clean. I liked that they procided ear plugs in case of noise.the location is about a 15 min walk from the Wien mitte train station, near other metro stations and close to attractions. I would stay here again.

This place was great. It allowed me to check in early and was in a great location. It was a very tiny bathroom, but that worked for just me traveling. I would stay here again.

Old tiny small place, very bad smell toilet, noisy wood floor, and doesn't have hair conditioner.

Staff was accommodating with our check in and check out times. They were sweet and answered all of our questions. Not only that but the location is perfect. It's the higher end part of the city centre and the price was incredibly reasonable. Definitely will return and book a room here.

The thing that I wasnt so thrilled about is front entrance of the hotel..it was dirty and did not look like a hotel. But once i got in to the hotel that was on 2nd or 3rd floor, the room was nice and clean and the receprionist was very friendly and helpful.

Location, location, location! I loved staying here. The building is from the late 19th century and the Pension takes up the whole mezzanine level. My room was really cozy with tall ceilings and an updated, very modern bathroom. I arrived to a plate of fruit, some chocolates, a hand-written note, and a kettle for tea. Charming. The room has a radiator and it had what I believe was an a/c unit on the room as well. The bed was really comfortable. I did ask for an extra duvet since they don't do flat sheets in europe and I tend to get cold when I sleep. The bathroom has a shower with a real door so water wasn't going all over the bathroom! I will say that the shower was about 3'x3' but tall. I had no issues but someone who is more corpulent might find it a bit tight. I would say that's a tiny consideration and would not prevent me from recommending the Pension to friends. The hotel has breakfast available each morning. I highly recommend paying for the breakfast when you book the room. I paid an extra $10/night. Had I waited until I was at the hotel to pay for breakfast, it would have been €16. Great breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, cereal, toast, pastries... My favorite thing about the hotel is that they give you real keys. You walk back to the hotel at the end of the day and unlock the door to a real Viennese house like a real Viennese resident. If I'm ever fortunate enough to be back in Vienna, I will definitely stay there again!

The staff goes above and beyond. I had an early flight, and the front desk person made me a lunch to take with me since I'd miss breakfast. Unfortunately, you'll hear the noise from the people on the street smoking outside the restaurant below, but I packed earplugs and had no problems sleeping.

Great location in central Vienna, able to walk to all the inner city attractions easily.

The room size is not bigger than a small bathroom. The floor are screeching and making lots of noise. Breakfast is terrible

Tiny and lovely hotel located in the historic city center of Vienna. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our room was beautifully decorated and always clean and quiet. If we ever come back to Vienna, we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

What I liked: - location - very central, easy to walk everywhere, safe, subway, cafes and stores are very close - staff - very hospitable, friendly, nice and helpful - bed - perfect mattress! What I didn't like: - my room - I stayed at a single room N1 right next to the reception, and there was a window in the corner which faced the wall of another building and couldn't be opened. That meant no source of natural light in the room. I found that very uncomfortable. I stayed for 1 night only, so it was bearable, but I think I'd have hard time if I had to stay longer. - noise from the exhaust - not sure where it was coming from, it was on and off thing, nothing too bad, but quite annoying There was also a good AC in my room, but I didn't use it because it was rather cold outside. The bathroom at a single room was quite small, which was fine for me, but might be a problem for taller/larger people.

The girl on the reception is so kind, she was answered me on all my questions.

This was a fantastic place to stay at a great price. They were accommodating when my travel plans changed last minute and I arrived late. Both people working at the front desk were very friendly and very helpful when I decided to extend my stay in the city last minute. Room was exactly as advertised. The high ceilings added an elegant touch. I would stay again!

This is a wonderful find of a hotel. It’s just blocks from St. Stephens Cathedral but really quiet. It’s clean and pretty, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was very nice and well-presented but our room was too hot (even in the middle of winter with the radiator turned off !) as it was located next to the central boiler system. It was also quite noisy with a lot of hoovering going on the the early evenings and various creaking and dripping noises during the night. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. The location is fantastic.
