We booked for three nights but ended up staying seven as the apartment was so comfortable and we had everything we wanted on the site, parking, breakfast room and rooftop bar.

Stayed for a week late August 2024 with a room overlooking the harbour.
Nice view especially to enjoy the sunrise.
Comfortable self-contained apartment which included mini-service ie refresh towels/linens etc.
Queen size bed was adequate although I would have preferred king-size for a couple.
Air conditioner worked well with ceiling fans in both living and bed rooms.
The hotel features the Zen rooftop bar which opens from 3-9pm providing 360 views of the city available for guests and the public. Free snacks provided including some warm dishes and full serviced bar.
Note: we're were provided complimentary drinks vouchers during check-on, to be advised at the roof top bar that the vouchers were valued at $10 each so not technically a complimentary drink.
Large pool on the 3rd floor which is good for a cool-down after a hot day out.
The hotel is approx 10 min walk to the CBD, though considering the heat, having a car or using the shared scooters may be an option.
When in Darwin, the must-do is to watch the spectacular sunsets, around 6.30pm
This means being on the other city of the city from the hotel such as Mindil beach (must do is the beach markets on Sunday & Thursday evenings - check seasonality), Casuarina Beach or Nightcliff Jetty (check out the foot trucks such as Rigneys Kitchen famous for their laksa and satays, on Monday & Tuesday evenings next to Nightcliff pool west, just a few minutes drive from the jetty).

We stayed four nights in a junior one-bedroom suite. The room was spacious with full kitchen facilities and a washing machine. The aircon was good until it broke - but we were quickly moved to another room and all was good. These things happen, staff were on to it straight away (though they are a little under-resourced at night with only one person on duty). The property is located a bit out of the main drag so without a car is a good walk for groceries and not so easy in the heat. There is an excellent roof top bar with a great view of Darwin city and the harbour, a lovely vibe at sunset and in the evening. The breakfast deal was good and again the staff very efficient and friendly. The one down-side is that there are only 2 lifts in a 16 storey building which means you need to factor waiting times, particularly at peak time like breakfast, check-out and sunset up to the bar.

Paid quite an exorbitant price for what as a local called it, a motel room. Cleaning wasn’t up to standard. Staff were friendly and nice, and the rooftop bar for sunsets was great - just a pity that every backpacker in town turns up to it for the free nibbles.

Very nice stay. The hotel is a short walk from the main areas for food and entertainment. You get an allowance for breakfast and pay for any extras. If going out early the next day on trips you can claim a picnic. Sadly no evening restaurant but great complimentary nibbles at the amazing roof top bar. The staff were all very polite and helpful.

First impressions of this property were disappointing. Looks very tired, reception area very small, general area around a little scruffy.
Swimming pool needed attention with the plastic chairs and sun beds not at all appealing.
