Terrific spot-central, clean, cozy rooms, with everything you could want for a really great stay. The only quibble is the internet. It’s a little shaky. Dispute this I am looking forward to my next visit.

The property was immaculately clean and wonderfully peaceful, and its location couldn't have been more convenient. The management was always on hand to assist with questions and provide required services.

Excellent service from concierge! Hotel was quiet, gym was well equipped, excellent location.

Check in was easy and quick. The space was clean and organized. Basics were provided and replenished when requested.
Support was responsive during the week.
Pool, gym and hot tub were extremely clean and up to date. (I cannot speak about the sauna, we didn't use it. )
You have to enter through the gym to access the prepool showers, change room, etc.
We parked underground and found a spot easily every time. In/out was also a breeze.
Overall a very good stay, just don't expect an attentive hotel service like experience. I prefer to be left alone which is why I chose this property. I would absolutely stay again.

The room was an actual apartment. Everything you would ever need is in there. The view was AMAZING! Floor to ceiling windows! I was blown away by this property! Best place I’ve ever stayed in. I wish there was a telephone in the room (as I’m from the USA and couldn’t get my phone to make or receive calls). I was also looking for an info desk but since it’s a long term/short term living space, I understand why there isn’t one.

Overall, no complaints about the unit itself. It was even better than we were expecting. One day, the front door wasn’t unlocking, but it was resolved quickly. Parking at the Church was ideal. Very nice and will be considering staying again in the future.

2 issues that were bothering me: 1) communication after hours is lacking. I left message on several phone numbers 2,3 times but no calls back. 2) some of the parking meters don't accept my credit cards.

In this “hotel” you are strictly on your own. I had a terrible time opening the garage door until another occupant showed me how to do it with the fob provided. The suite when I finally accessed it at midnight was spacious and modern but there was no maid service for 6 days. The street in Centretown where the hotel is located is pretty dingy but convenient for my purposes

Never stayed at a hotel without traditional "check in" but the arrival package provided prior was perfect and easy enough to follow. The suite was well appointed and had everything we needed and a few extras! Gym was clean and good range of equipment. Pool and Hot Tub are seasonal so be warned if that's what you want. Great stay overall and will come again.

Overall, my stay at the Soho Lisgar was very nice. What was less than impressive was the fact that they never outlined that the only hotel accommodations are on the 15th and 16th floor of the building and I never stay on levels past the fifth floor. All of the other rooms are actually rented rooms and not available as hotel rooms. After deciding to leave, the manager did “take one more look “ and found a vacant room on the second floor. I was very appreciative and took the room. So, all in all, my stay was quite pleasant, but I did not appreciate the surprise that resulted from their lack of proper messaging regarding their accommodations.

I truly enjoyed the check in, very easy. The apartment was very clean, everything was in great condition. I truly enjoyed my stay. The WiFi was great and I was even able to work from the room. All in all highly recommended.

Great location, great views from the balcony. Loved it had separate rooms & x2 bathrooms so ideal to share but have own space. Only issue was had to ask for extra towels, washing powder as the room was not checked the whole time and stayed 8nights. Also cos we left on a Sunday couldn’t leave our bags anywhere & had a night flight so was inconvenient when friends stayed at cheaper apartments close by & had this facility. Apart from that really liked the apartment.

The flat was a nice design, however rundown. The bedroom side tables were in a terrible condition, trim hanging off wardrobe doors, bathroom door didn’t close all the way, lamp shades squint, dusty, front plates on socket in kitchen cracked, bowl cracked, toaster not working. The noise was horrendous the first 3 nights. No front desk to contact when we arrived Sat until Mon to ask for a different room. By Mon we were too tired to care. Email I sent Fri AM I never got a response. Very disappointing experience. The noise on the Sat and sun was from a stage nearby for the Pride Festival. You couldn’t hear yourself think inside the flat. This went on to 11:30AM Sat and 11pm Sun. This event happens annually in Aug. Although a non smoking facility we couldn’t open the balcony doors because of the smell of cigarette smoke. The temps outside were mid 75s and we had to keep the blinds shut AM and afternoon if in because of the heat.

This property is in desperate need of quality measures. The bed was collapsed, THC candy in the nightside table when we checked in, mold in the washer, pool closed without notification before check in. All the little things together make it a nuisance to stay here. Toaster broken, batteries in remote broken, wrong time on the clock.

The area was fantastic, beautiful brand new building massive deck with great views. Comfortable beds, safe and secure lobby and elevator system. A stones throw or a pebbles kick to any delicious restaurant or historical buidling. Could not have asked for a better location or stay.
